Meraviglioso! Molto consigliato
Pros:

Molto curata, pulita, in centro ma in una via molto tranquilla e lontana dal rumore. Prodotti Ortigia in bagno e cura anche per i servizi in camera: macchina del caffè, acqua naturale e frizzante, dolce e prosecco di benvenuto. Molto soddisfatta

La habitación no tenía ventana al exterior. La ventana daba al interior del edificio. Si abrías las cortinas no tenias nada de intimidad

This hotel is perfect. It's location, the room, the lobby area, WiFi and staff were superb. We were greeted by Irene who was so friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of Cava each while Irene checked us in which was very quick and trouble free. Our room and the bathroom were spotless and I have never stayed at an hotel that offers such wonderful housekeeping. Our water bottle and our coffee was topped up everyday and not just once. The rooms seemed to be checked several times during the day. The balcony which the rooms were accessed from looked onto an open courtyard. There was a rooftop bar and pool also. I would rate this boutique hotel as one of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting. Irene even loaned us a USB C plug because we were silly enough to forget to take a plug with us. Luckily we had cables. There was also a mini bar which we did not make use of as the prices were very expensive.

Cons:

There was nothing I could find fault with.

Points positifs:
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner, le rooftop, la décoration des nouvelles chambres
le changement de chambre effectué le lendemain de notre arrivée

Cons:

L'accueil ( pas de verre de bienvenue ou autres attentions et aucune recommandation)
La première chambre attribuée était sombre et avec 2 lits jumeaux (pourtant nous avions demandé un grand lit et de la luminosité sur booking)
La chambre pas prête à 14h lors de notre arrivée

Buona posizione, colazione ottima con vasta scelta anche per i celiaci, personale di sala gentile e preparato.

Cons:

Lo staff presente al momento del check-in di poche parole e a differenza di altre strutture in cui abbiamo pernottato non ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per la visita della città.

Pros:

Tesis çalışanları harika güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Nezih bir mekanda lezzetli kahvaltısı ve harika roof manzarası bulunuyor. Her yere yuruyebileceginiz bir mesafede.

Cons:

Oda seçimi yaparken büyüklüğüne dikkat edin. İlk tercihimiz oldukça küçük bir oda olmuş fark ödeyerek odayı yükselttik ve çok rahat ettik.

Schönes Hotel in der Stadtmitte
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Zimmer sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist in der Nähe von Plaza del Duque, von dort kann man Busse oder Taxis nehmen. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu klein, wir haben kaum Platzt für unsere Gebäck gehabt. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss und das Fenster ging zur Straße hinaus; man konnte vorbeifahrende Autos und Leute reden und lachen hören.
