staff so friendly and helpful
Breakfast not that great. Didn't meet appreciable quality and level.
I liked that the hot tub had adult only 7 to 9am, my sister and I enjoyed a nice and quiet time.
Our stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt so fresh and comfortable after long days exploring the falls. You can really tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. 🌊✨
A special thank you to Goeash (not sure of name spelling) at the front desk, who truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Goeash was warm, professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such genuine hospitality and positive energy.
I also want to recognize the gentleman working the night desk during our early departure. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was exceptional. He checked us out quickly and accurately with such kindness and efficiency during a very rushed morning. Honestly, we would not have made it out on time if it weren’t for how smoothly he handled everything. That level of professionalism and care made a stressful moment feel effortless.
Between the beautiful accommodations, excellent service, and perfect location, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!
Rooms were clean, lounge service was excellent.
Location was great, very nice staff & room.
Everything was fine.
Enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. Everything was great! The one thing we really didn’t like is the strong smoke/weed smell from one of the rooms near ours. We specifically booked this property as it was no smoking, we have a toddler. And it is really disappointing to have that smell for a long time persisting in the corridor.
Comfortable, spacious King Room close to the Falls!
My visit to the Niagra Falls Sheraton Hotel was a very nice overall experience, but more room was needed to hang clothes, and more than 1 microwave needed per floor. Very comfortable beds, and roomy bathroom. Perfectly located close to the falls and close to restaurants that deliver, walking distance to Dunkin donuts, shopping, and more.. Rainforest restaurant, Starbucks, and another restaurant within the building. Also has large pool, and exercise room. And rooms that can be used for meetings, and conferences.. I would definitely come again.
I stayed a few nights here recently for work… Pulling up, it’s in a date, rundown part of town, which clearly used to be based on heavy tourism, but doesn’t seem to have as much going on anymore. The hotel itself from the outside is very unattractive and also not very appealing, looking dated and in need of refreshing.
Checking in was simple and very helpful and friendly. They do have a very odd parking system here where they don’t have valet and when you self-park, you bring the ticket in for them to scan and make active for a day. You’ll need to do this daily (every day and a half or so), so keep those tickets when you come back in. The lady who checked me hit all the points and was descriptive in explaining the hotel.
When I got to the room the first thing I noticed was the horrible, stained, and old brown carpet. The room was really dated and definitely in need of being refurbished. I did see posters in the hotel showing that they’re going to refurbish the rooms, but I’m not sure why hotels let them get like this. They go an easy 10 years past prime, I suppose it’s to make money back on the expense of the previous refurbishment. Anyway, it’s rather disgusting to walk in rooms like this, but I will say that housekeeping here was probably some of the best I’ve experienced in a very long time! Each day I came back to the room, the room was refreshed and the bed looked very smooth, not wrinkled, made to perfection! The TV was great too because it offered Pluto as part of the streaming offerings, which I love.
The common areas are pretty wild here as they look really nice. There’s a Rainforest Café attached to the hotel. The pool looks pretty nice and has a large aquarium in it. There’s also another large aquarium in the lobby area. The elevators are rather run down, hopefully they’re refurbishing them as well.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, despite the looks of everything. I was able to get a decent sleep and the concierge lounge on the 6th floor was staffed by decent folks in the morning for breakfast. So there were decent parts of this stay.
Great pool, family friendly, clean, close to area activities
I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I recently received during my visit.
Becki, the Assistant Manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help with everything I needed did not go unnoticed, it made a lasting impression:)
I’d also like to recognize Chris B, who assisted me on day two during checkout. He was just as wonderful, friendly, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. It’s clear that great customer service is a priority for your team.
Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back, and both Becki and Chris V. are excellent representatives of your business.
Thank you again, and please pass along our appreciation to both of them!
How close it was to the falls
Continental breakfast not included
Pillows were awful. The worst I have ever slept on in any hotel.
