Great hospitaliry, great customer service
Had a good stay with many amenities available.
It was a fast check in, clean and convenient to where I needed to go.
The water was not warm enough in the shower.
Awesome staff, and my bartender was great.Really felt relaxed and enjoyed the getaway . Location to casino was awesome also!

The hotel was clean. Maintenance needs to look at heating in room very loud . Woke up during the night. Location was great for convention center event we attended. Atmosphere was nice . Wish you didn't have to walk through the lobby to the pool. Cold with main lobby door open for guests. Coffee should be provided free in lobby when restaurant closed. Not everyone can make it back to buy coffee before they close. ( coffee was in room to make but not recommended and only choice was a flavor coffee. Not everyone likes flavor coffee) . Value well parking should be included and if city opens its lots for a no pay weekend guests should not be charged by the hotel. Was told "We don't run the lot. " my question is then why are you charging ? when the city had gates up and free parking signs . I get it if hotel gives you a better rate when the city is charging but when they aren't charging why am I billed. Extra money for hotel since city is not making cars pay as they leave. Not good business. Never got to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. Little noisy with hockey kids running around. Staff was polite. Overall will consider this hotel in the future.

Very nice overnight stay. Beautiful room and a great pool for my grandkids. Ate at Rainforest Restaurant. Food and atmosphere outstanding. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room, nice pool and gym and love that there is so much to do in the area
We visited Niagara Falls in the winter which was really cool! Room was perfect for our family of 5. It was newly renovated and perfectly clean. The kids loved the bunk bed. Mattresses were on the firm side. The front desk employees were all very kind! Kids LOVED the pool and aquarium. Great location, the rainforest cafe has very limited hours but we were able to get in one night right before closing. There’s also an attached arcade and tunnel to the casino which provided many restaurants within walking distance.
The accommodations were excellent clean rooms,fresh linen ,Outstanding staff very accommodating professional personable addressed any concerns I had.
Great place to stay, everyone was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Only warning be careful of time you booked, there were young kids hockey tournaments so there were kids over taking the hotel.
