View of fireworks from our room was great. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast room staff were great.
Room was not clean when we arrive. Waited in the lobby for an hour while the room was cleaned. At that point only had 20 min to get to the complimentary appetizers. Staff in that room were great. Hallway shabby carpet held together by duct tape.
Beautiful room, great friendly accommodating service. Minutes to the falls Amsterdam free bus that tours attractions. One thing about the room is the temp controls. I should have just asked how to regulate it. Room was nice and dark and quiet. Very nice stay and would highly recommend .good restaurants too.

Good location within walking distance to the Canadian side . Very clean and comfortable room- restaurants located within hotel were convenient and enjoyable .
Paying for parking
While you can’t see the falls, you can feel the closeness. Our view is of the roof but watching the balloon rise again and again was worth it! The beds are comfortable the pillows are soft. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rainforest Café and the Starbucks were fantastic parts of our trip. We love the animatronic elephants. We were super close to everything. We needed to be five minutes to the falls on both sides. We could’ve walked, but we did Drive. Loved it!

Pretty loud. Thin walls and doors. Pricey with lots of extra charges like Convenience Fee and more taxes than just sales tax.
The overall experience at this hotel for a recent conference was great. There were a few hiccups at check- in but one employee, Jenny went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The location was excellent, walking distance to both the NY and Canada side of the falls and the Rainbow bridge. The club lounge staff were very kind and accommodating and the snack and hot food items were perfect for a quick bite. I would stay there again for the price range.

Cold attention of the registration staff. Only one uncle, who was responsible for luggage storage was warm.
