Great location, friendly helpful front desk staff. I was able to check in early due to being a rewards member and I was not aware of that until he asked me if I was one!
Everything was great. Walking distance to the falls and great restaurants.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean, sheets seemed new, front desk staff was very personable and helpful.
The newly renovated room was very nice. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great stay!
It was close to the convention center where I needed to be Had a Starbucks, the rainforest cafe, for your meals , didn’t really have to go anywhere else
No microwave in the room. Had to go down the hall if u wanted to reheat anything.
We have been to the hotel many times for the special kids events and just to take advantage of the pool and a nearby getaway. Can’t wait to stay in one of the renovated rooms!
Location and comfort was fine
Rooms had been remodelled and were nicely done
Breakfast offering was average
Food was not very warm
Could be better at keeping food hot
Selection was average
We only had breakfast one morning and went elsewhere other days
Hotel is great, the only complaint was kids playing in the hall till late at night and up early in the morning doing the same thing
Parents should control their kids better and have respect for others.
My partner and I were looking forward to dinner at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant, but the experience was shockingly poor from start to finish.
I ordered the Arctic Char, described as lobster risotto milanese with preserved lemons, micro green salad, chili and green oil, and a parmesan crisp. What arrived was nothing close to the menu description. The dish contained salmon, not char, and the risotto was filled with peas, which were not listed and are an ingredient I avoid. There were no preserved lemons, no micro salad, and no parmesan crisp. The flavor was flat, the texture was off, and the entire dish felt careless. I barely ate it.
My partner ordered the Pescatore, and the mussels were spoiled — the smell and taste were unmistakable. After trying one, he removed the rest from the dish out of concern for getting sick.
For a restaurant positioned as upscale and priced accordingly, this level of execution and quality control is unacceptable. We left hungry, disappointed, and genuinely surprised that a Fallsview restaurant would serve food this poorly prepared. We will not return.
Disappointing that there was not a microwave in bedroom.Had a walk far down the hallway was inconvenient.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were pleasant
Security could have secured the property a little bit better meaning knocked on loud overbearing rooms next to us.. my entire night I listened to people adults and children yelling and screaming jumping and banging the bed so much so that I had to turn my TV on and turn my music on and turn the volume up to 64 to drowned out what I was hearing next door and not one time did anybody come knock on their door to tell them they needed to relax and calm down.. that to me I found very disappointing
Service was great. Pool was fun and there's an aquarium with tropical fish! We used the gym. Rainforest cafe is attached to the hotel which is very convenient. The service there was great as well. Falls are walking distance. The only downside is the arcade is kind of expensive but we did the package that includes arcade passes (worth it)...and the weather was still pretty cold outside but this was our second time staying at this hotel and we will most likely stay there again. Good location!
I was in Niagara Falls to see Cheap Trick at the Seneca Niagara Casino but I didn't want to pay casino hotel prices so I chose the Sheraton Niagara which is across from the casino's main entrance on Third Street. I was greeted warmly and check-in was a breeze. The room was recently renovated and was very comfortable. I didn't have the opportunity to check out the amenities such as the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room or restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Niagara Falls, NY.
Online booking was easy and the hotel staff were great. The hotel was very nice and the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the Rain Forest Cafe was really good. I would definitely stay again.
The spot's perfect, super easy to walk to restaurants and the US side of Niagara Falls. It's right across from the Seneca Casino.
The rooms are good. We had two queen beds, no view, but that's fine for one night. The only thing I didn't like was guests talking really loud in the hallway around 12:30-1:30 AM. So rude when we were trying to sleep. Not the hotel's fault, though. They should probably post quiet hours. Otherwise, the whole stay was great. Might book again sometime.
