Location of hotel was just minutes from a view of the falls. Parking was loterally seconds away. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Room clean and modern. On sight Starbucks, restaurants and bar.

A wonderful hotel we had a great room, nice clean modern and it overlooked Canada every night at 10 o'clock. We could see the fireworks was great..
We Uber from the Buffalo airport to the hotel. We're able to walk to 90% of the activities that we do.. it was a beautiful stay.
The hotel staff was friendly the entire time. The restaurant in the hotel were tasty. The rooms were amazing

cleaning of rooms should be timed better and some front desk staff should be slightly more forthcoming and a friendlier persona.
We had mixed feelings about our stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls.
The first thing we noticed when we arrived was multiple SERVPRO and other restoration vehicles parked outside. We later found out the pool area had experienced flooding or another major issue and was closed indefinitely. It would have been nice to know that before arriving, especially if you’re traveling with kids and planning to use the pool.
Despite the name, don’t expect a view of Niagara Falls. There isn’t one from this hotel. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Niagara Falls State Park, but once you’re in the park, it’s still a decent walk to actually reach the falls. The name makes it sound like you’re much closer than you really are.
The hotel itself is definitely showing its age. The hallways felt rundown, the carpet was literally being held together with duct tape in places, and there was a strong odor that reminded us of urine or a zoo.
The biggest positive was the room itself. It was clean, comfortable, and much nicer than the common areas, so we appreciated having a well-kept place to relax after being out sightseeing.
Unfortunately, the room wasn’t without issues. It rained the night we were there, and water started leaking into our room pretty heavily. We called the front desk, and they sounded more annoyed than concerned. We were told someone would come take a look, but no one ever showed up.
There is a Starbucks on-site, which was convenient in the mornings. We also ate at the brewery inside the hotel. While the food was decent, the prices were hard to justify. Two burgers, two steak sandwiches, and four sodas came to about $160 after tip, which felt excessive for what we received.
Overall, the location is convenient if you’re visiting the New York side of Niagara Falls, but the hotel didn’t live up to what we expected from a Sheraton. Between the closed pool, worn common areas, the room leak that was never addressed, the misleading name, and overpriced dining, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. The clean rooms were the highlight of our stay, but that alone wouldn’t be enough for us to return.

Great place, nice people and good food
Good location near the falls. The room was adequate and clean. The onsite restaurants and pool are very convenient nice.
It seemed speaking in adjacent rooms could be heard easily making the room alittle noisy especially when the AC cycled. The in room safe and coffee pot did not work and others reports items in their rooms showed signs of wear and tear.
We came up to celebrate our 5th anniversary it was an amazing day and evening. The staff at the hotel and rainforest we all amazing
Lia was great and helpful. Made the check in so effortless. Had a problem with the third party reservation that she did her best to fix. That made the beginning of our stay delightful.
Nice location for casino and falls. Little on the expensive side as far as meals.
