Great location close to the falls although you cannot see them from the hotel
Pros:

The pool and jacuzzi were great. A little loud because of young kids but to be expected. Check in staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Concierge was not helpful at all about nearby eating establishments. Got more assistance from check in staff. Apparently his job is just to sell excursions

Scary and very unpleasant! Ruined my daughters birthday!

I actually didn’t find the property suitable during my stay. Alot of things went wrong

Cons:

The staff was not very attentive and there was a total blackout in out room as we were in the shower. It became too hot. And we were in the situation for quite sometime. We were forced to go somewhere else to use our daughters breathing machine because it wasnt back up and running in time. Also there was an incident at the pool area. Staff came out with chemicals spraying them in an area next to the deep end without any explanation of the spot on the floor. Gave me a full blown panic attack. Very unprofessional! Not the greatest stay.

Pros:

Hotel was recently renovated and the room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

The taxes they apply for destination, tourism etc. The worst was the daily parking charge was astronomical.

It was too expensive for the quality stay we had.

The lobby was very nice but upstairs it wasn’t that great

Cons:

Looks are deceiving, it’s all nice in the lobby but upstairs the carpets were dirty and ripped and the rooms were super humid.
