I have stayed here several times and I expected more.
Pros:

It was a convenient location.

Cons:

Disappointed that the floors in the hallway were filthy and the breakfast was not replenished. They only had apples as a fruit and I felt a bigger variety would have been better. The elevator was not working for the first couple of days so it was difficult only because I have a disability.

Staff was nice. Beds and bathroom were clean

Cons:

Elevator was out and was not told before hand. Ended up on the 3rd floor and the ice maker was out of order . Carpet looked kinda gross. Place just needs an upgrade.
Rooms are no where close to sound proof.

Quiet location, very friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Ice machine on our floor was busted, and it was a little rundown, BUT, they are undergoing renovations, so they obviously recognize this and are fixing it.

Convenient to where we wanted to be. Room had been rehabbed and very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Price was good.

Cons:

Still in rehab mode but I'm sure it will be fine when finished.
