Love it for being clean and budget friendly, and pet friendly
Pros:

Cleanliness and availability of water, coffee, 24 hour pool and laundry and breakfast

The kids enjoyed the pool area. It could use some deep cleaning on the carpet in room and hallways!! They had a bad smel
Pros:

It was in a Good Location. Breakfast was nice!

Cons:

Our room was not clean. Our granddaughter found a cigarette butt in the floor and picked it up.
The air conditioner did not cool the room, it leaked of water condensation.
The Bathroom did not have a fan. We had to leave the door open when taking a shower.

Pros:

The 24 hour pool was amazing and the fire place outside the pool was so relaxing.

Cons:

Their weren't enough handicap parking places, it needed more than one elevator there and we had stopped by the desk on the way up to our room and asked for toilet paper and wash clothes and we were told that someone would bring them up to our room in a few mins and no one ever showed up to deliver them to us.

Pros:

Liked the location and convenience of being close to all of the fun things to do.

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room was horribly noisy. The sheets felt damp when we climbed into bed and even our clothes felt dampish when we took them out of the drawers. The room was extremely humid and uncomfortable. Also, our 13 year old 6 lb. dog got agitated from all of the housekeeping noise in the hallway and was barking (something he never usually does since he’s extremely hard of hearing). Housekeeping actually reported it which ticked us off and made our trip miserable since we were told we could not leave him in the room because if it continued we would be asked to leave. All of the plans we had now had to change because so many of the activities and restaurants were not pet friendly. Eating outdoors in 95-97 degree heat was excruciating. We’ll be back to complete our trip and the things we wanted to see in the future but we won’t be staying here. There was little sympathy or tolerance offered.

Pros:

I liked the location. Just a short walk to some great shops and restaurants. Not far from the island or anything else. I liked that the pool and hot tub were open late, breakfast was great and there was always coffee no matter what time of day or night.

This is a really great hotel. It is clean and the location is very nice!
Pros:

We have stayed here before and had a great experience, so we stayed again. It’s very clean, the location is great, and the staff are always friendly.

Cons:

The beds seem very different than last stay. The bed during this trip was so hard and uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was not great. It was “ok”, but not good.

Cons:

Allowing dogs that bark in a hotel. Allowing dogs period except service animals in a hotel. Need to put all dogs all on same floor.
