Overpriced.
Pros:

High priced average room. Definitely overpriced for a basic room. Not very pet friendly. Large hold out on card and not a good walking place. Breakfast was average at best. Nice enough place to stay but completely overpriced for what you got. Stayed on Mackinac Island in a 5 star resort for less money.

Lovely place
Pros:

I've used my reward points on quite a few rooms & have come to expect low quality dingy rooms when I do. The rooms here are big, clean, we'll maintained, nicely furnished & comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Pick this one & you won't be disappointed.

Pros:

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. 24 hour pool was an amazing plus. Great location to many attractions.

Cons:

Bathroom floor was sticky and bed had hair all over it. Very uncomfortable bed.

Our favorite place to stay
Pros:

This is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is always clean and welcoming. Pet friendly which is also great! The staff is always nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and good every morning. Even though they are currently renovating we had minimum disruption during our stay and never at a time that was an inconvenience. They are always there ready to help when needed. Definitely will continue to come here and enjoy our time.
