Pros:

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. 24 hour pool was an amazing plus. Great location to many attractions.

Cons:

Bathroom floor was sticky and bed had hair all over it. Very uncomfortable bed.

Our favorite place to stay
Pros:

This is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is always clean and welcoming. Pet friendly which is also great! The staff is always nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and good every morning. Even though they are currently renovating we had minimum disruption during our stay and never at a time that was an inconvenience. They are always there ready to help when needed. Definitely will continue to come here and enjoy our time.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Helped with directions. Cleaning staffed made sure we didn’t need anything as we passed them in the hall. All staff smiled and welcomed us in passing. The kitchen staff was happy to help when we needed a high chair for our one year old. We had a pack n play put in our room for the baby. This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better, more friendly place.

A refreshing and good experience
Pros:

This location was very clean, staff friendly and their breakfast was delicious. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles and muffins, cereals. The orange juice was very good and the milk cold. I would rate it 10 if it went that high! We will be staying here again.

Awesome
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful so much food! Location was perfect. The best part was the comfortable mattress and the pillows were out of this world! Staff very helpful and friendly.
