Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful so much food! Location was perfect. The best part was the comfortable mattress and the pillows were out of this world! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Overall nice quiet place to stay with your pet for an extra fee
Pros:

Pet friendly indoor pool coffee tea and water in lobby great breakfast but no bacon bed pretty comfortable except sofa bed kitchen staff and room maids were friendly everyone was laid back easy going

Cons:

The elevator was so slow. Only one elevator for the whole property. Next time we would definitely book ground floor. Although it was pet friendly we were charged extra for our service animal which was approved with a letter, harness and tag. We were told because he was for emotional support they didn’t recognize it as a service animal and the manager wasn’t nice about that she just said if we didn’t want to stay there we could cancel

Musty smelling room

Location and staff were nice

Cons:

The property had ants. We asked for them to be sprayed on day one they weren’t. Day two we had more ants. They asked them to be sprayed and they did. The room also had a very musty smell to it and I like a sour Carpet smell and they tried to spray that Out, but it didn’t help. It was the first floor room. I just believe there was a mold and a moldy smell to it.

We asked for a partial refund and did not receive that from the hotel.

We would like an adjustment to our bill. Thank you!
