Our absolute favorite stay in Pigeon Forge! The pool and hot tub are amazing and the patio with fireplace is nice. We enjoy having water and coffee/tea/cocoa in the lobby after an evening swim and breakfast is always great! The rooms are comfortable and the staff is top notch.

The location and value only was good.
Being this is a pet friendly hotel, putting clients without pets on the same floor should not happen. Our room had ants crawling everywhere. We purchased food the night we arrived (before we saw all the ants) and the next morning, our food had ants in the boxes, all over the desk and dresser. We mentioned it to the front desk when we went down for breakfast due to the phone in our room not working and they took forever to treat it. We ended up keeping clothes in the suitcase. My daughter put hers in the drawer and had to shake ants off her clothes😡 All they offered was to reimburse $32 for our food. Front desk clerk stated ‘well it is that time of year and people are here with their pets’!!! The swimming pool and hot tub was dirty with like dead skin, etc floating in the water 🤢. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Only one single elevator for the whole property, walls are paper thin, bed was hard as a rock, room wasn’t cleaned well,
Super location for all things Pigeon Forge.
An easy commute to Dollywood, zorbing and the Mountain Coaster. Just off the PF strip and close to restaurants and a Kroger (supermarket.)

Local restaurant chains were very highly priced. We had a bed picnic one night.
I have not stayed is a LaQuinta for over 50 years and was a little apprehensive to book a stay but it had a 9.2 rating. Wow, was I impressed. This hs been a wonderful stay. The staff were all so nice. The pool was heated and stayed open 24 hours, breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. We are already planning another trip and plan on stahimg here again!!
Everything was perfect check-in the food and the pool the family really enjoyed the trip and wishing to return soon as they get a break.
Best family hotel in pigeon forge TN.
Our family has stayed in cabins and hotels for 30 years. This is the best location , pets are always welcome, ( we didn’t bring our dog this trip, but all pets are appreciated here)
Beats a cabin by far with Hot breakfast, coffee, endless towels and toiletries , don’t have to feel like your leaving the county to go back and get your camera or glasses ( no need to stop at Walmart either before you get here).
Everyone working here appears to appreciate their job, and wants us to enjoy our stay.
I like the location
I was very disappointed with my experience. I called ahead of time to ask about early check-in, and I was told that a room was available and that I could check in early. When I arrived, the front desk employee took my name and confirmed that I would be able to check in. However, once I got there, I was suddenly told that I could not check in early.
This was extremely frustrating because I had my family with me, and we ended up having to wait outside for an hour and a half. Because of this, we were late getting to Dollywood and lost valuable time from our day.
I understand that early check-in may depend on room availability, but the issue was that I was given conflicting information before arriving. If I had been told the truth from the beginning, I could have made other arrangements instead of waiting with my family for so long. The communication was very disappointing, and this experience negatively impacted our trip.
Pros: (1) The complimentary breakfast is substantial. (2) The location is excellent. (3) Free access to the 24-hour indoor swimming pool. (4) The staff are polite.
1) There is mold in the room, and ventilation is inadequate. 2) Water has accumulated inside the air conditioner over a long period, causing mold growth at the air outlet. 3) The room has been consistently exposed to high humidity

We loved the location and the fact that they took pets.
The staff had accidentally booked us in two rooms. So we had to change rooms on our Honeymoon night. It took 2 hours out of our time to change room because they had accidentally overbooked the suite room. Also the staff forgot to get us to sign the pet policy when we checked in so they interrupted our wedding day again to come back and sign the paper. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it. My daughter got an allergic reaction to it.

The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and breakfast was hot and plenty to choose from. When we ask for extra items they was quick to help. I will definitely stay here again.
