The clean hotel and rooms

Cons:

Room was very uncomfortable. The a/c- heater did not keep room to hot. I kept it on 70 degrees and the room was to hot

Communication needs to be better

Easy access to & from event we went to

Cons:

1- i requested a 12 (noon) check out due to my husband running the 1/2 marathon. Was told no problem. At 1120 they were knocking on door telling me to get out. 2- got king suite with sleeper bed for my 11 year old. Pull out bed was broken what we could see sheets were covered in urine. She ended up sleeping on the couch. 3- no working ice machine. As stated we were there for a 1/2 marathon needed ice ready had to use circle k for ice behind the property

Pros:

I liked the location, not too close to downtown, but easy to get by through Uber. I liked that the room didn't only have a bed, but also a small sofa. It made it more comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel smelled a little funky. Nothing overwhelming either, but not the most pleasant smell.

Habitación grande, cama amplia y cómoda, la televisión funcionaba ok, el baño estaba limpio, agua caliente y buena señal de internet.

Cons:

El piso tiene alfombra y la alfombra se veía algo sucia, el elevador era algo viejo y se trababa un poco al usarse, el cuarto tenía una puerta interior que daba a otra habitación. No había servicio de cafetera. Los muebles un poco gastados, el aire acondicionado era ruidoso y se escuchaba el ruido de la calle. La ubicación estaba bien para los planes de mi viaje y tenía estacionamiento gratis.
