It was very lit up. the parking was good.

The receptionist male, Chris, would nit help when I was late for breakfast even when I told him the clock in the room was 39min behind.... He looked disinterested, unlike Brendy who was receptive and caring.
Their overall courtesy from the reception office to all employees we came access. The clean rooms and the breakfast was highly appreciated.

The sheets were not changed from the last occupancy. There was hair in the bed. The sheets along with the shower was dirty. The front desk person was nice but the room was disgusting. I also have pictures of the body print that was left on the sheets.

The room was dirty and had a terrible smell. The blankets had yellow stain, the towels had dark stains and smelled bad. The bathroom door and walls were visibly dirty with obvious germs. The bed was not comfortable at all. The pillows were uncomfortable as well.

When my parents got there the room had the scent of cat pee and requested to be in another room. Also, the room promised and booked was listed as a double room with two double beds. It was full size beds and beds were small. They were moved to another room and that room the bed had PEE stains on the covers. My parents were exhausted so they just asked house keeping to change the bedsheets but still no double room. My parents also said the ac and refrigerator were so loud that they had to buy a fan to cancel out the noise from the appliances being loud and people arguing, screaming kids, people having conversations. My nephew and my parents saw cockroaches both in the room and in the restroom. It was a horrible experience for my family. Don’t stay here. Also pool was not clean.
