Pros:

I checked in in the early hours of the morning and it was very quick and got a free upgrade. I also got given a small snack on departure as they said they knew I’d be tired from my travelling, very thoughtful of them!

Very pleased with my booking and will stay again next time.
Pros:

Great location opposite the train station. Room was nicely styled. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Shower was nice and powerful. Great view of the beautiful train station from room. Lovely breakfast also with great views. Staff were very friendly. Will stay again on next visit to Milan.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Pros:

We loved the location. The view from our balcony was surreal, amazing. We meet a lovely man at reception on arrival and check in, he had glasses. Such a kind, friendly helpful staff member. The view from the breakfast room were sensational. Breakfast was also very tasty.
