Love this hotel and will definitely be back
Pros:

I love this hotel for the location and friendly staff. I was staying for one night before travelling to Garda, solo traveller and they gave me an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the central station plaza and city skyline. The room was beautiful with rain shower and separate wc! Aircon and very conveniently located opposite Milan central station. Great little pizzeria across the road called Caffe Milano open 24 hours and serves breakfast

Pros:

インド系の家族が近くの部屋を複数使用しており、子どもたちが廊下で遊んだり、隣の部屋に行くのに扉を叩いて部屋に入ったり、大きな音を立てて扉を空けたりを何度も何度も繰り返してました。レセプションを通じて注意をしてもらいましたが、改善せず、再度レセプションに相談したところ私のフロアを変更してくれました。ありがとうございます。

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by Alessandra and Fabiana upon arrival who were really professional. The room was very clean and tidy and we had a beautiful view of Milan Central Station. The location of this hotel was great as we had quick, easy access to the city centre and the airport.
