Really good location, perfect for travelers because it's close to the Milano Central train station. The staff was very gentile, special thanks to Lorenzo at the reception that gave us a good recommendation to eat dinner at a local place. The room was small but cozy and had a great view.
The room temperature was centralized and we couldn't regulate it. There was only one bathing cap and we were a couple. There were no slippers.

The location was fantastic. So close to the train station and metro and tour pick up points. Spacious room with a good view. The reception staff were EXCELLENT so friendly and helpful, best we’ve ever had
There were no lobby areas and we needed to buy shampoo and conditioner as none in room. Tea and coffee in room is something we would expect for this standard of hotel but there wasn’t any
