Gute Lage und geräumige Zimmer, aber deutliche Abstriche bei Lautstärke, Aufzug und Frühstücksorganisation.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend – sowohl das Alamo als auch der River Walk sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich und das Zimmer überzeugte durch eine angenehme Größe.

Cons:

Es funktionierte lediglich ein einziger Aufzug, was zu spürbaren Wartezeiten führte. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war extrem laut. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, wodurch es sehr hellhörig war: Der Nachbar hörte laute Musik und führte bereits ab 6:00 Uhr morgens lautstarke geschäftliche Telefonate. Der Frühstücksbereich war völlig überlaufen – es gab kein Personal für die Tischreinigung und die Mülleimer waren komplett überfüllt.

It wasn't very clean. I had to request cleaning products to clean tub it was bad. They need to use Mr clean magic eraser to clean the tubs.

Pros:

Parking is free! The hotel is right across the street that sells great products at most reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It smells old, which it is. I stayed there years ago when it was newer. However the price and everything else can't be beat.

Front lobby and the breakfast area was nice and clean. I was able to enjoy my breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

For our safety, the south side of the hotel parking needs to be more lighted up and trim them trees so one can be more visual with their/our surroundings. Hope to see improvement on my next stay. Let’s make this La Quinta a 5 star hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The front desk people were very attentive, and friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like. The AC in the room was pretty loud, and it kept making a noise, but other than that, everything was perfect as always.

Comfortable stay just need friendlier workers.

I liked that the room was clean and fixed.

Cons:

I thought the room had a small kitchen but didn't. I also put down that we had a family of 5 but room only came with 2 towels. I had to go down o the lobby to get more towels and the front desk worker was rude when i asked for more. The room also only had 1 roll of toilet paper that was half way used. breakfast said it stopped at 9:30 but at 9:00 the workers didn't refill anymore food and they started cleaning up. My family didn't get to eat breakfast and we had to eat out.
