Days Inn by Wyndham Pleasant Prairie Kenosha

The breakfast was bad. Scrambled eggs floating in water. Frequently out of plates and napkins. The room we reserved was a king deluxe. Got to the motel and was told it was on the 2nd floor, no elevator. We had to take a room with only a dbl. bed. The room was DIRTY the bed was awful. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. That room was no better. Will think twice before staying at another Comfort Inn.

There was no front desk staff for 10 minutes after we arrived (the person in line before us was waiting for 45 minutes). The room smelled damp and musty when we got in. There was mold on the ceiling, lamp shades, window curtain, and all around the air conditioning unit. When we talked to the front desk staff, they refused to believe there was mold in the room (even after we showed them photos) and only offered us a different room and would not refund us. We were not comfortable staying at the hotel after our experience and ended up driving home instead of staying there.

The place was filthy - I had to leave and couldn't possibly stay there. The bathroom had blood spatter on the baseboards, dirty sheets, hair and mold in the corners of the bathroom. There were also loitering addicts hanging out around the lobby and parking lot.

I reserved a room with a rolling shower as I am paraplegic was not given a room with a rolling shower they did not clean they did not give towels I had to sleep on a rollaway bed that was stained and smelled like cat urine

The whole first floor smelled awful. Like a combination of urine and cigarettes. I suspect it’s the carpet. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned. We opened the mini fridge and the last person’s food was still there. There was long hair everywhere from I’m assuming the last person to stay in the room. The beds in general are VERY uncomfortable. There wasn’t replaced toilet paper in the bathroom. The guy attending wasn’t rude but he was focused on eating with his family on the clock. Like, I get everyone has lives to live. I have a family too but when I’m at work, I am at work. I felt like I had walked into his house or something.

There was no elevator and I was on the second floor. The advertised breakfast was very poor and had a lot of empty containers, even early in the morning. Housekeeping didn't come every day. The room seemed kind of dingy. The bathroom door had a notch cut out of it so it would fit in the frame.

Room did not have working AC, was next to stairwell and heard door slamming throughout the night.

The place really needs to clean the hallway’s carpet.
Hallways smell like cigarette and sweet. The room we stay at all smell like humidity and smoke.

No outside benches for people who smoke so they can sit outside instead of sitting on the curb,

It was disgusting the carpet to go up stay was black.

Completely ran down, dirty , drug people sitting around outside on property. No elevator. Not worth $108 for a night
