Great overnight room
Pros:

Room was kept up extremely well. No obvious maintenance issues.

An excellent place to stay with kids and convenient to the airport.
Pros:

The pool was fantastic for the kids, also for my laps early in the day when I had it to myself. Loved the large dining area available for family dinner meals with our own takeout food. Saw several large family groups using the space at the same time with no trouble. Very accommodating place.

Cons:

I missed enough towel racks in the bathroom, and the shower is too forceful, can't adjust water amt. Also would be nice to be able to mount the hairdryer on the wall since it's made for that and a bit awkward to use unmounted. Glad it was there, though.

Stay okay
Pros:

The room and king bed are comfy and continental breakfast was good. The pool area was nice and stayed open till 12:00 midnight.

Cons:

When arrived at the property the gentleman could not find my reservation. Once reservation was found he handed the room keys to #302. Yes, 3rd floor but keys don't work to open door. Not happy that I went all the way to 3rd floor and not a working room key. Took keys back downstairs, the lady was going to help, but the gentleman who helped checking in snatched keys from that lady. Not professional at all. his experience was not worth the $800 to stay.

Overalls, it was perfect.
Pros:

The building was clean, the room was wonderful, and the location felt safe.

Cons:

The gentleman who checked us in could use some coaching on how to speak to people. He referred to my Mother as "hey you" or just "you" a few times. I did at one point tell him to stop referring to her that way, and he ignored me. I'm not a violent man, but I was definitely getting fed up with the way he spoke to her. Hopefully he's not like this with everyone.

Amazing quiet location, clean, + great place to lay your head. Only thing is the hot water in shower
Pros:

Came down for a Morgan Wallen concert, was a 20 ish minute drive to Camp Randall. Great and QUIET location with caribou coffee down the street (walking distance) gas station, + an Irish pub for a quick pint. The room was SPACIOUS as can be. Not an issue at all. Easy to check in, good parking even on a busy weekend. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and help you out with anything you need.

Cons:

One thing would be no hot water in the shower. It was mildly warm, but not comfortable & you wanted to speed up your shower when you had one. Only 1 elevator, so being on the 3rd or 4th floor it was a bit of a pain with luggage at times. Honestly though, you make 1-2 trips a day so not that big of a deal.

Good value in Madison
Pros:

Loved the breakfast. It was excellent. Pool looked lovely. We unfortunately weren't able to spend time there due to our schedule.

Cons:

There were collapsed banquet tables stacked somewhat haphazardly outside elevator 2. We had problems with the room keys. I think the card reader needs repair. Because of the difficulty accessing our room, I took the keys to the desk for recoding. That didn't help at all.

Not at all what the pictures were. Very old hotel needs lots of updating! Smelt horrid inside!

I would never stay at this location again.
Cons:

Upon entering the lobby, there was an intense fragrance that was very overwhelming. We were on the 3rd floor and could smell the chlorine from the pool the second we stepped onto the elevator. Our room had an intense fragrance. I called the front desk and asked if there was a plug-in fragrance that could be removed. The person at the front desk offered to move us to another room, and kindly let me see the room first, but that room's smell was even worse, so we chose to stay in the current room. The staff member stated it was most likely the chemical used to clean the floor. Having asthma and other medical conditions that are triggered by artificial fragrances, it was a horrible night of coughing. The room was clean, but needed updates, especially in the bathroom. My mother took a shower and did not feel safe in the bathtub despite the grab bars. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and disruptive to a good night's sleep.
