Awesome experience
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Worth every penny. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is awesome and the room was fantastic. I love them all!

There was a very nice and understanding person at the desk at 3:00am. I had gone down to inform him of issues we were having-reaction to odors - hard to breathe. He said we could check out and would leave a note for the day clerk to refund the first night and cancel the six days we had reserved.

Cons:

It seemed that the whole hotel had an odor. The room was dark. One pillow seemed not right and smelled, so she opened the zipper to find the inside pillow torn with smelly feathers loose. (See picture)
Almost didn’t see stains on furniture since it was so dark, but did notice and took picture of it. May have gotten the worse room since we booked through booking.com—the view was the rooftop with a skylight of the pool room (see photo) didn’t help the less than fresh air being brought into the room.

Excellent value Pleasant staff
Pros:

Staff at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located off Route 90. It was very quiet. There was no charge for the dog. That’s highly unusual at a hotel even a La Quinta, which we stay at a lot.

Cons:

The water in the shower was very slow to drain.

Overall, nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and courteous.
Pros:

The room was nice. Amenities were nice. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Cons:

The USB ports in my room didn't work, so my significant other and I had to take turns charging our cell phones. It was pricey due to UW-Madison graduation. I wouldn't have paid as much as I did if my child wasn't graduating.
