5-Star amenities at a 3-Star price
Pros:

Very welcoming entrance. The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a 2 Queen suite, which afforded us a bedroom with a door that closed and a family room area. After a long road trip with family, it was nice to have some space to relax in our own ways (one room had the TV, the other space had some time to read). The pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind after a day in the car. The coffee was brewed fresh and available all day. The breakfast was adequate to get our day started and back on the road.

Cons:

Although the room was very clean, the bathroom looked as if at one time...from days gone by... it had been a smoker's room. There were yellow dots on the ceiling. I'm not sure if those will ever come clean, or ever be able to be blocked with paint, but it did appear to be unclean, although I know it was. There were no odors, the linens were crisp white and of high quality. The flooring was hard wood/laminate, and the furniture was all new.

Good value, great location.
Pros:

Great area off of interstate. Well lit and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

My shower wasn’t cleaned for my stay. I noticed during my AM planned shower routine.

Pool was closed. Hot tub was closed. We had no notification of this. Room smells of smoke. We paid $25 for our dog. Breakfast was cold. No forks. Coffee ran out and stayed that way. No help to talk to about issues.

Beautiful view of the highway at the end of the halls.
Pros:

Very friendly guest, if you like a quiet hotel this one isn’t it on weekends. I’m okay with a crowd, and on weekends it’s just a lot of guest with events. It’s also nice to be a pet friendly hotel.

Cons:

There isn’t really anything I didn’t like.

Worst Hotel to stay in Madison
Pros:

Everything was awful.

Cons:

The place was awful. I entered the room and the floor, the walls, and basically everything was dirty. I even found pills on the floor. The AC was so loud. I immediately informed the reception and they gave me another room which was in the same condition. In less than an hour I had to leave the hotel as the rooms were bad. They promised that i will give back a full refund. Since today they don't reply neither to me nor to the Booking. They are unacceptable. Do not go. One of the worse experiences ever. Worst place to stay.
