Very good location close to trams & Metro Station to get around to see all the sites of the city close to cafes restaurant, shops. The Opera House was just around the corner 😊
Enjoyed our stay , staff was lovely and helpful .
Room was very clean & quiet.
The only thing that disappointed me was No choice of Lactose free milk or Oat milk for coffee so couldn’t enjoy a morning coffee.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
I am writing to complain about our recent two-night stay. Although the location was good, we experienced several serious problems.
The double bed was made of two single mattresses with a large gap in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable and preventing me from sleeping properly. There was also a constant vibrating/buzzing noise, apparently from the ventilation or air-conditioning, which disturbed us throughout both nights.
We reported these issues at around 8:00 a.m., but they were not properly resolved. Later, when we returned to the room, housekeeping entered and started cleaning while we were there, even though we had not requested cleaning. I had just come out of the shower and spent the entire time wrapped in a towel, waiting for housekeeping to finish so I could get dressed, while they were cleaning both the room and the bathroom. My wife and I were completely shocked and uncomfortable, simply standing there and watching the situation. It was an extremely inappropriate and distressing situation and a serious violation of our privacy.
The bed problem was not actually fixed. We also found stained bedding, observed poor housekeeping practices, and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak and almost unusable. The staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful.
In addition, we had requested in advance that, if possible, a room have a bathtub. The hotel agreed to accommodate this if available, but upon arrival there was no bathtub. We were then told we would have to pay an additional €15 per night, although this charge had never been mentioned in their previous response. This was particularly disappointing for my daughter.
We have photographs documenting all these issues and can provide them as evidence.
Unfortunately, Booking.com has not responded to our complaint to date. We kindly ask you to investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution and compensation.
Really convenient comfortable room good shower good hot water helpful staff
Bed mattresses kept splitting apart which was annoying! And the slats on one side fell out( it had been fixed before so looked like it had happened previously)
Didn't always get clean mugs or glasses and the tall desingmeant it was tricky to scrub the mugs from coffee stains
