Pros:

Location of hotel was great, lots of transport links and a short walk to any sight seeing spots.
The bar was often empty and not inviting. The reception team were lovely and helpful.
Rooms were okay, clean but need a deep clean with coffee table dusty and hairs found in the bed. Be careful of the step entering shower as water splashes to around the shower causing a tripping hazard. Okay if you are doing a city break and not spending much time in the room.
The hotel was generally quiet
Breakfast was okay, but the buffet had fewer options than expected and was often cold or empty with staff closing the stations early.
There was a grab and go station in reception was easy to use and low prices.

El hotel bien, la atención no tanto

La atención de la recepcionista.

Llegamos antes de la hora para el check in y primero había un joven que, muy amable, nos dio la posibilidad de hacer el check in de forma anticipada aunque pudiéramos ocupar la habitación hasta más tarde y nos dio la facilidad de guardar nuestro equipaje en una bodega. Eso hicimos y nos fuimos a dar una primera vuelta por la ciudad.
Al regresar para ocupar la habitación ya no estaba ese joven y nos atendió una mujer que fue muy engreída y nos volvió a pedir todo para volver a hacer el check in, su actitud fue bastante desagradable.
