Good breakfast. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and considerate.
Rooms are nice and bright , recent renovations are great. Staff is as friendly and nice as you will find. Breakfast is just food, but I'm not a fan of the hotel free breakfasts so maybe I'm not a good judge of that!

Clean, tidy, newly remodeled, excellent price point. We just needed a place to sleep halfway through our trip back north and thee rooms were excellent and the staff was very warm and helpful.

I did not like how the bathroom sink was separate from the shower and toilet. The whole room was just very basic, beds were comfy enough, but the noise level was a little bothersome. Breakfast was good, though! And the pool was warm and looked clean (we got in too late to use it, though).

Big renovation which is great. But they kept us comfortable and very nice breakfast.
Very nice, they had some renovations going and apologized for any loud noises, but through my whole stay in my room it was nice and quiet.
For the price, excellent. Would stay again if the rates applied are the same.
Front staff was more than accommodating. Initially checked in by myself and several things I had to load onto the cart. Lisa saw me coming and immediately came to the front door and helped me pull the cart through the doors. She was more than ready to help and offered assistance before I had to ask.
After getting home to Knoxville, I realized I left several items hanging up in the cabinet. Tripadvisor was able to find the number to the front desk. I called and talked to Richard immediately. He called the current guest staying in the room, asking for permission to look in the cabinet. Once he discovered my items, he brought them out of the room and offered several ways for me to get them shipped.
When you check into a hotel, the staff in the front affect your initial impression. The Guesthouse Hotel in Lexington left me with the most positive initial impression I’ve ever had. Give these folks a raise!
