Pros:

I booked this stay for three guests specifically choosing a rate that explicitly included breakfast. Because this hotel is in a remote location with no external dining options nearby, having breakfast included at the property was the main deciding factor for my booking.

However, the following issues occurred during our stay:
Breakfast Denied for the 3rd Guest: When we went to breakfast, we were told it was only covered for two people. I called the front desk, and the receptionist stated it was a "special" that only covered two guests. I refused to pay extra for mediocre food on top of what I already paid, we had to drive to the nearest town to eat elsewhere.
Poor Room Drainage: The water in the bathtub would not drain properly, leaving us standing in dirty water during showers.
Unacceptable Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we discovered hair in the bedsheets, which is incredibly unhygienic and unsettling.
Given that my booking clearly stated three guests and included breakfast, the hotel failed to honor the contract of the booking. Combined with the maintenance and cleanliness issues, this stay was incredibly frustrating.

My experience was very bad, NEVER AGAIN!
Pros:

There was almost nothing I liked about that place!

Cons:

Everything, stuff, rooms were utterly smelly! Air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms. Though after my complaints they changed my room and I stayed in another one.

Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans notre forfait, mais comme il s’agit d’un Starbucks installé dans l’hôtel, nous avons donné le numéro de notre chambre et nous avons eu la surprise d’être facturé quelques jours plus tard. J’ai fait une demande auprès de l’hôtel mais je n’ai toujours pas de réponse.

Location was good for us, but didn’t get the comfort I would have expected
Cons:

The comfort of the beds were terrible in room 232. They were hard as a rock, and the center portion of the bed was raised, so it felt like sleeping on a sloped hill. The pillows were sized to small for a queen bed. I had to go buy a pillow after the first night. We also checked out a day early as a deciding factor to leave early was the lack of comfortable sleep that me and my daughter didn’t get. There was also a build up of trash over flowing from the can on the 2nd floor laundry room. Trash was there for 2 days, and was still there when we left early.
