Pros:

Very cleAn and well maintained interior. Bed was very comfortable. Staff (I only interacted with 2 people) were polite, friendly and professional.

Cons:

Walls between rooms are thin. I could clearly hear the television from the room next door, and footsteps in the room above me.

Also, while I understand that the snowstorm exceeded the forecasters predictions, the parking lot was not plowed at all when I arrived, even though it had been snowing all day. It was dangerous, both for driving and walking.

Hotel was clean and in good location, ate at the Lobster Hut 2 evenings.
Pros:

Breakfast had everything I would want good coffee, juice, milk, breads, rolls, sausages, eggs, potatoes, and more. Location only a few blocks off of freeway near drug stores and gas stations. Easy drive into main part of town. Room was comfortable and clean.
Elevator near lobby. Room had full length mirror, closet with a safe, ironing board

Cons:

Bed was too high - very difficult for a short person to get on the bed -need a step stool. There was no front desk lounge area to sit if waiting for others, only the dining area. Price of room was high and when arrived at the hotel was told couldn't use AAA discount because the reservation had been made through Booking.com.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with more than expected options, and the coffee was excellent!
Location was perfect for easy access to everything.

Cons:

would like to see more breakfast seatings for couples as most, if not all tables were for larger gatherings.
