Nice place for the price point !

They didn’t have a sign saying that they have carts and a ramp so people didn’t have to take the stairs. Also ice machine is on the third floor walk up. And most of all I was charged about $50 more than was supposed to. Breakfast was ok

The bed and pillows were some of the best we have had during a hotel stay

People staying in the room above us where very noisy… They were up late at night and up very early in the morning… Sounded like they were running and jumping around.

The room was very affordable and is conveniently located.

My bed shook everytime a door was closed/slammed both on my floor and possibly below or above me. I have never experienced anything like that before. I was jarred awake through the night and very early in the morning. The two large stains on the chair were also hard to ignore. And I refrained from using it. The bathroom sink, faucet and mirror were very recently updated and looked nice. Unfortunately the bathtub/shower was painted and did not look good. There was a smell in the bathroom that was not clean smelling. It needed a detail cleaning. I avoided using it.

When I came in, no staff at front desk for good 10 mins.

Our stay was very nice, great customer service. The only complaint would be our room was directly across from the hotel laundry room, which we could hear the machines running.

I have mobility issues. There are stairs to get to check in and there are stairs required to access the breakfast. No elevator.

Nice hotel room for the money

Uneven floor, tub floor uneven. Only a trickle of water from sink. 1st morning no coffee and no milk for the cereal. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich was good. 2nd morning there was coffee and milk but no breakfast sandwiches. Only one yogurt at 6am. Only fruit was apples. Was told that next breakfast shipment will be tomorrow. I'm leaving today. Check in and check out experience was good. Had to have key before i could come into handicap accessible door.have to go down steep steps to get to front door. There is no elevator.

Inexpensive for what we wanted to do the next the day

Room was mostly clean, though furniture was worn and stained.

We were given a pool-side room that was not requested. They were fully booked, or we would have requested a room change. The chlorine smell bothers me. The noise from the pool was incredibly loud. The kids were supposed to be out of the pool by 10 pm, but kids and very loud adults were there until 11 pm. The door to the room did not fit properly and there was light from the bottom and top, plus this made every noise from the hallway very loud in the room and the continuous door slamming was awful until almost midnight. My friend and I are both diabetic and all the breakfast items were high carb--no egg, protein options except for a few small yoghurts. The hotel seemed understaffed, especially in the morning--no one checking on supplies in the breakfast room, unless someone spoke to the single person at the desk for checking out people. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one has the only one in several years that I have given this low of a review and would never stay in again or recommend.

The staff that was there was excellent, helpful, friendly, efficient, competent-- however they were short staffed so there was not consistent room service, the pool was clean, the breakfast was basic but nice with wafflemaker, yogurt, frozen jimmy dean sandwiches, cereal, milk, the breakfast area was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, our room was clean and did not smell like cigarette residue, good for families or anyone

The staff and room were great! But the walls must be paper thin. Could hear the people in next room. The ones upstairs. And the slamming of the door down the hall of people going in and out half the night. Finally got to sleep about 1:00 AM when everyone went to bed finally.

Nice beds! Poolside was great! Everyone friendly! A couple of housekeeping items: fix gap on door/frame(#118), door rubs on tile floor, and parking lot needs fixing and resurfacing.
