I liked that they had a room available at 12am that I could check into

It was clean the staff was friendly
The handicap chair that was needed didn’t work. One woman that was there feel 3xs I tried helping getting her up and it was impossible, so I tried to get the chair to work for the both of us and it was broken, called the staff out they confirmed. The staff ended up calling the Ambulance to come out
It was nice
Located less than 5 miles from event and shopping was easy to get to. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite
Turning into the area was a little challenging due to hill area
Employees were amazing.
The elevator kept getting stuck the toilet kept running. I have to ask for the toilet to be repaired and it never was. The elevator took a long time to come. Even was stuck on the 1st floor for 3 minutes.
Bed was comfortable
Very run down with needing major updates : ceiling in lobby was dripping water into a bucket (all 3 nights), hallway AC didn’t seem to work & you can tell moisture got under the carpets as they were lifted, bad sulfur like odor in lobby, mildew smell in halls. Used ladies room on main level and faucet just fell off. Only clean rooms every other so when asked for towels to get delivered so I could shower, they never came- went to lobby for am coffee, they ran out of regular (at 7:30 am). Very surprised this property got great reviews. Will not be returning.
The staff were all so friendly and the rooms were big. It’s also in a great location.
The water in the showers comes out extremely hard and you cannot change that. Also there were some areas in the room that should’ve been fixed.
