Nice, affordable stay near DC
Pros:

Almost everything but there was a damp scent in the room when we walked in, we aired the room so it got better.

I will never come back to that place again never again !!!

Nearby the corps marathon and Gaylord national resort and convention

Cons:

So dirty the carpet never vacuumed the bathroom is not clean so dusty everywhere …supposedly stayed til 10/27 but we early checkout at 10/25/25 at 11am rebooked to comfort inn and why I’ve been charged for the whole stays from 10/23-1027 you just returned my $200 deposit that’s unfair .

Should be called a MOTEL.
Bath Towels are large HAND TOWELS - seriously 18"x 24" at best!

It was a horrible stay, the rooms were not cleaned. I would never ever stay there again
Pros:

With the exception of one staff, all others were not polite and very unhelpful. The seem to help pick pockets in the the hotel and would not render assistance to guest who had been robbed

Cons:

The management staff were rude and unhelpful. Some of the staff even attempted steal parcels belonging to guests that were delivered to the hotel. The room were not cleaned even when we requested. The rooms were falling apart with clogged drains, broken furniture amongst others
