Loud and disappointing.
Pros:

Check-in staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The happy hour was appreciated. The direct exit to the pool area from the room was nice.

Cons:

Most front desk staff were rude and neglectful, staying in a darkened room and clearly disturbed by questions and routine activities like check-out. The rooms were unreasonably noisy, with every door opening/closing echoing through out the hotel. AC was also loud with some obvious issues. Jacuzzi was out of order, which happens, but was the first bummer of what ended up being an awful experience. No response from the property after a written review and complaint.

Pros:

Breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

My toilet flooded and the staff gave us a plunger and ask us to plunge the toilet. We accommodated the staff by plunging the toilet but the plunger did not work properly, it kept folding.

This place is over priced.
Pros:

You can wash your clothes at the laundry room for guest. There was chips and salsa when we arrived.

Cons:

It was not worth the price. Do not stay here for the price you pay. The breakfast was meh at best.

Fine rooms. Horrible breakfast experience. The free food not worth it.
Pros:

Worst breakfast experience at a hotel i have ever had. They constantly ran out of things. The staff was rude when asked about food replacements. They ran out of forks and had to eat eggs with a spoon

Clean but old
Pros:

This was a last minute stop on our way to the cruise port. The hotel is in a great location and easy to find. The front desk person was professional and kind. Our room was very, very far from the front desk and from the elevator. The room and bathroom were clean, but the carpet in the hallways and the room is old and tired. Beds were clean and comfortable. There's rust on the lamps, the tub, and the bathroom vent. Overall, this was fine for a one night stop, but it needs renovating.

Pros:

Unfortunately there were several little teams in the facility and quite loud and chaotic. Wasn't able to enjoy happy hour. Halls finally settled down after 10:30.

We were walking and another team was running and we got in trouble terrible there were beer bottles and all hanging out in the same run which I think is not allowed and the parents are no where to be found

Pros:

The location was great. It's by restaurant s and gas stations. Easy on and off freeway. Breakfast was good. Lobby and pool area were impressive. The rooms need some upgrading but they were clean.

Cons:

The rooms could use upgrades in certain areas. We had trouble opening and closing the door to our room. The door trim needed work.
