Bearable
Pros:

The location was 10 minutes from UNM Hospital. Traffic on this side of the city is manageable. I had requested a bottom floor because a person in our group is in a wheelchair. When arrived, I was informed that there were no rooms on the first floor because of renovation. I informed them that I received a message from Quality Inn telling me they would accommodate my request. After speaking with manager, the clerk set us up on the bottom floor.The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they did help us.

Cons:

I included my dislikes on the other comment.
Add to my comments, I chose to reserve this place when I read reviews as 'pleasant' but I would give it a 'bearable'.

Pros:

Breakfast was good & accommodated us when we needed eggs with no meat.

Cons:

We booked hotel as it was close to our events & also becayse it was listed they had a pool as we had kids wanting to swim & pool was not in service.
Phone in room not working.
Refrigerator not working, but did finally get it replaced.
When moved refrigerator it was very dirty behind it along with area behind TV very dirty.
The door in the back of the building, was not able to be locked & secured.

They had roaches. Half the TV did not work meaning I only got very basic channels like news and stuff like that no entertainment channels and when I advise them of it they said oh some of our rooms have it and some don't have it there was no swimming pool they said that was due to cuz they had no one to maintain it. It would have been nice for them to advise that online that the pole was out of commission

Just acomodate peoples needs if possible
Pros:

My grandson an I stayed at this motel but we ask for a room to bade after the second day the front desk said that they were short stuffed and they can not do it the toilet lid was broken the was a lot of people yelling and screaming a lot of slamming doors it was kind of bad experience

Cons:

Bit cleaner that at least they could have done the room after the second day after I ask the front desk but they didn’t I guess it was just a pace to sleep and fix the back entry door because when the back door closes it would not open with the key

I didn’t stay…
Pros:

I didn’t like the property…I was too scared to get out of my car to check in so I left. I lost money, but my personal safety is more important to me.

Disappointed won’t stay

Cons:

The property was very dark. Lights were not working outside. Had to go up to a security gate and put a code in just to get into the parking lot no lighting there. Pillowcases were dirty tub did not drain front desk clerk when I arrived was very friendly and nice checkout clerk was very rude unprofessional
