Pros:

They said they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation. I was speaking to the manager and she didn’t care to help me out in anyway. But was willing to go out of her way to help the woman before me. Never again will I stay there.

This property abuts the confluence of two major interstate highways and the noise level is intolerable. The hotel itself is rundown and shabby. A hotel staffer is so loud, she can be heard throughout the day everywhere in the hotel. There were cockroaches in our room. The refrigerator froze everything we put into it, despite resetting to its warmest level.

The office staff was rude not just to me but the people ahead of me. I made a reservation and they refused to honor it because I am a local resident. We were needing a place to stay for a few days because our ceiling partially collapsed into our house. The staff has no empathy what so ever. Thier parent company was very pleasant though.

The door to our room jammed you have to slam your body into the door to open then I was having trouble getting the Wi-Fi to work I tried to call the front desk, and the phone is not working so I walked over to the front desk finally got help and it's working now. but on the way back to my room I GOT BIT BY A DOG

Pros:

I killed 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I was on the ground floor by an entrance that was supposed to require a card key to enter…the door didn’t even latch…anyone could have come it. The room had a 1” gap at the bottom and the room’s window had a crack all the way across it. No one came to clean or refresh towels for 4 days
