Great location and clean room for good price but the facility and room are old and need to get up-to-date

Clean hotel , friendly staff , excellent service.
Pros:

The room is apartment style with Living room and kitchen combo. The hotel is recently renovated with fresh wall paper and cleaned. Receptionist guy is very helpful and friendly. It is great bang for buck and suitable for long stay. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip.

Easy short stay
Pros:

The service staff (young man) was very helpful, happy to take questions and offer as much help as he could.
The place was clean and just roomy enough.
The only thing -beyond the hotel's control- was that the outside smoke got into the room through the balcony.
