A damage deposit of MYR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

المكان جيد جدا الفندق نظيف جدا الكادر ممتاز جدا الفندق نظيف جدا المكان في وسط المنطقة كل شيء قريب الاسواق و محطة الحافلات و مركز المدينة قريب بواسطة الحافلة رقم 300 او 308 قرب الفندق تكون المحطة المطاعم و المركز التجاري و المقاهي تحيط بالمكان

الغرفة لا تحتوي ثلاجة صغيرة ولا غلاية ماء و كل مرة اطلب من الكادر احضار الماء الساخن لي لغرض الشاي

The booking process was easy, starting with making a reservation through the website. After a few minutes, a representative from Palm Inn Ampang contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm my booking. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The check-in process was quick, taking less than 5 minutes, and I was immediately given the room access card. The room was clean and well-organised, and all facilities were functioning properly. There are many dining options available nearby, and it is also close to Ampang Point Mall.
