Pros:

Room 301 has to be renamed to David's Room.
That room has a view and is quite the catch.
The restaurant below and the surroundings including Ampang Point Mall is a steal
The sanitation is impeccable.... The front desk 24hrs service among the best ever seen in a foreign world.
They treated me with dignity and respect. Very happy client.

Pros:

Restaurant downstairs ok

Cons:

The male staff especially the Indian guy are buffoons , abusive ignorant People and this hotel is not for foreigners just for local workers so stay away if you are not a common labourer or international and who's living in the attic moving around , trapdoors open furniture being moved all hours , no tact no class no way will I return here , think twice before you book !!

I stayed at Palm Inn Ampang Point for 12 nights, and my experience was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help whenever needed. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other facilities within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel at home.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ampang or Kuala Lumpur. Thank you to the entire team for making my 12-night stay so pleasant. I will definitely stay here again in the future! 😊
