Pros:

Very clean and comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Couldn't find my room. I had to find a second elevator. I may have been charged a $50 fee twice.

Ottawa tornado
Pros:

Got delayed due to tornado in Ottawa but Angela helped me still order food with 2 min before restaurant closed! She even gave me here last silverware from her desk so I could eat in my room.

It wasn’t that good.

The water was cold whenever we took a shower and the curtains were see through. We also had one of the house keeping people open out door when it was locked.

ANGELA BE RUNNING THIS HOTEL :)
Pros:

Man I tell ya, I’m so used to being in the hospitality business and never being able to take care of myself. I’m always serving others. This is my first hotel stay in YEARS. Miss Angela from the front desk was the first person to make me feel like literal ROYALTY. Lovely lovely personality and she made me feel so taken care of. If I ever come back through here is will solely be because of Miss Angela. Every hotel needs one like here, but let’s be honest. We know there’s only one queen around here and that queen is Angela! Thank you thank you thank you! What a breath of fresh air to finally feel relaxed!

Pros:

Really enjoyed the hot tub and hotel bar. Loved the bartender, he was very nice and enthusiastic. Took good care of us.

Cons:

Check in staff acted annoyed with us, like it wasnt their job. Rude and dismissive.

Everything is on point play swagging it's the only place I stay ✨✨

I love this hotel excellent the staff is always nice and very respectful have never had a problem with anyone of them but if you ever come in Ms Angela her she's a very very good-hearted person always ask for her as well until then guys have a blessed day

Won’t be back!
Pros:

This was the worse Holiday Inn I have stayed at. The hot tub smelled like the zoo, there were not towels, breakfast was not free and it was the same free buffet that is available at all the other IHG locations I have stayed. My back is still messed up from the stay last night. It was awful!

It was a very good stay, we really enjoyed ourself
Pros:

I liked the pool set up, we really enjoyed that. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had no issues with room tempatures

Cons:

The parking was not ideal and the pool did not have towels the morning we went to sit in the hot tub and ended up having to go get some from the fitness center
