Pues el lugar está bien todo bien pero se supone si estoy pagando desayuno incluido para mi habitación y somos 5 los 5 deberíamos tener desayuno incluido si estoy pagando desayuno incluido y a la hora del desayuno me dieron 2 toket solamente que segun por habitación solo incluye 2 desayuno yo no entendí eso siempre me eh quedado en otros Holiday Inn y asta esta vez me salieron con esto no quise pelear por eso bueno y lo siguiente fue que mi total a pagar era 190. Y algo y cuando me cobraron al llegar me cobraron 240.y algo segun que es un cargo de seguro por si hay daños a la habitación que si no hay daños asen reembolso pero asta esta hora sigo esperando el reembolso Nota : es el primer Holiday Inn que me sucedió siempre me quedo en estos hoteles y asta en esta localidad me sucedió esto

Truly a Welcoming, Friendly, Pleasant, and Quiet Place! Great Sericve, Good Good, and a Quiet Room
Pros:

Extremely pleasant, comfortable hotel with outstanding staff. Everyone went the extra mile to make this a great stay. That includes the very enjoyable and helpful people at the front desk, the super friendly staff in their wonderful restaurant, the manager himself, and the cleaning staff -- there was something really great about this hotel.

I love the KC Craft restaurant attached to the hotel. Very nice menu, not expensive, with such kind staff that seemed to genuinely be interested in their customers. Really felt welcome there and loved the food.

Not everything was perfect -- the ellipticals in the fitness center needed some maintenance -- but the hotel was quiet, comfortable, clean, pretty, and had an AC system that was quiet so I could sleep well even though it was cold outside and the heater would go on periodically. Nice to have a quiet heating and cooling system!

Could not have found a better place. Hope to be back again!

The convenience of booking the room was great!
Pros:

The main desk person, Ryan, was very amicable and helpful.

Cons:

The morning person, Kennedy, was not as friendly and short with her answers. No conversation. The bathroom vent has a lot of dust and lint. There was a big lint. The fridge wasn't cold enough and no temperature setting to increase or decrease.

Great motel, staff pleasant when we arrived. Clean comfortable beds!

Cons:

Great motel, staff pleasant but stayed 2 nights for NASCAR race got a call after the first day saying we had to check out. Told them as we were told when we arrived she confirmed 2 day stay they said to stop at the front desk we did showed proof of the confirmation of 2 days. The guy fixed it when checking out they wanted to charge us again for 2 nights. No way we had to show our confirmation again and they seemed confused. But finally agreed to not charge us for 2 more nights. Very frustrating when we were trying to enjoy ourselves.

Cons:

The tub was strange - it had stains or damage from using something that took the coating off the tub. We were too scared to use it that night. The room was lacking in some cleanliness and could have used a more thorough cleaning before letting guests in.

Fairly a decent stay for a one night for what we needed
Pros:

Friendly staff when checking in and out.
Very lovely lobby. Room was a good size

Cons:

Curtains need to be replaced and need to attend the shower head. It was loose and sprayed water everywhere. We had to tighten it up just to get it to work. The Fan in the bathroom didn’t work so taking a hot shower the mirror would fog up.
Didn’t care for a room by the stairs and housekeeping storage room. Was pretty active

Best for sleeping
Pros:

The evening front desk staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help make our visit a bit more enjoyable. The room was clean and decent sized. Larger television than other places we've stayed.

Cons:

The television had very few channels and no instructions on how to access any form of a guide. The bathroom was very small. Tub was slippery but did have grab bars.
