I didn't like being woken up by the fire alarms
It was clean, tidy and a great price.
The elevators stopped working. 1 out of 3 functioned.
The hotel was falling apart pool was dirty and hot tub didn't work. The facility was extremely cold and some team members were rude. The bar wouldn't serve us drinks it took 1 hours to get a burger and the breakfast buffet you see raves about online was limited to apples oranges yogurt and omelets the staff reminded you children couldn't get. Only one elevator worked and their was a construction crew working all day the whole three days. A manager told me I would get a credit on my bill but that was a lie I actually got charged another 98 because I had to pay tulwila and state tax plus a 25 parking fee that's still not adding up but it is what it is
Misrepresenting your brand. Could have set warnings to customers letting them know your under construction or at least have one amenity that's fully functional .
Friendly staff and nice facility
There was only one working elevator
It was a last minute booking after a hospital infusion. It was cheap for being last minute and the room was big.
The hotel was cold, took all night for our room alone to heat up, there’s no notices on booking.com that this hotel is under major renovation meaning several floors and/or rooms are being worked on, only one elevator works, meaning you have to wait upwards of 10 min for it and there was a point where none were working and my fiancé had to find the stairs luckily we were on the 3rd floor, complete fire hazard to have no elevator working since I know (I saw guest) on wheelchairs that would not be able to go down stairs this is absolutely unacceptable, then after checking in, again no prior notice when booking, we received a letter under the door stating there would be several interruptions to electrical and heating while it was being worked on. They should absolutely not have guest staying here under these conditions.

Elevator's works bad.
There were many teenagers running around all levels for over an hour screaming playing races around the floors. We thought it was an emergency. Took the staff a very long time to get them to stop. This was in the evening time too so impossible to rest. The bathroom shower flooded the entire bathroom floor and we had to use all the towels to control the water so no one would slip. There were chunks of paint missing and the towel hooks were falling off the doors. The coffee maker was unusable and full of white chalky dust mess inside the entire machine.
