Pros:

I only stay in ibis to rest after long haul flight and then go to Hua Hin. Bangkok is too noisy for me. I have hearing loss and sensory issues so it’s difficult for me to be there, but the ibis is lovely. Wonderful staff who take good care of me. Thank you na ka 💖

Property needs some updating. They need to put lights and bells on their elevators because you keep missing them. They’re so quiet when the door is open and close and then leave without you knowing

Less than comfortable.
Pros:

The pillows could be better. They should not be too old. Mine smelled a little. Also, 2 pillows each should be standard.

The entrance door should be looked at for all rooms. They don't close tight without either slamming the door or pulling it shut with the handle. One room opposite ours did not bother to shut their door properly and the alarm kept me awake.

Great location, clean and budget friendly hotel
Pros:

Hotel is located very conveniently close to BTS station and right next to shopping mall. Tons of massage parlours nearby to go to after long day of walking and shopping. Highly recommended for it's value and convenience.

The hotel and staff were amazing! There is a 7-Eleven right next door, and the hotel is located near mall, restaurants, and more. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from as well. I was on the 16th floor and the AC, water pressure, and hot water all worked great.
