Pros:

Schönes, großzügiges Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Gemütliches Bett mit guter Matratze. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Riesiges, herrliches Bad mit sehr guten Pflegeprodukten. Das Duschen hier war ein Traum! Gute Lage.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein mehr oder weniger innenliegendes Zimmer mit Blick in den Lobbybereich. Das war nicht weiter schlimm, weil wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren und es an sich auch nicht schlimm ist. Der Lobbybereich ist sehr großzügig und offen, es ist also nicht so, dass man sich beobachtet fühlt oder so. Aber ein Blick auf die Stadt hätte uns trotzdem besser gefallen. Trotzdem tolles Hotel und absolute Empfehlung in Cairns!

The space inside the room was quite limited, and having two large ports made it difficult to move around comfortably. The room felt very cramped due to the lack of available space.

Very inviting and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was ideal, the apartment clean, well stocked and the facility clean and safe. We liked the extra access to both hotel and apartment pools, gyms and balcony from both living room to bedroom.

The rooms were beautiful

Cons:

The buffet breakfast. It was horrible. Cold eggs, sloppy no staff to clean up. There was mess everywhere really bad. Not worthy of such a beautiful hotel.

The location was great

Cons:

Not friendly staff at check in. Wifi and 4g signals were frequently non-existent. Floor coverings especially in the hallways were cheap looking and unclean.
