Great stay, friendly staff, convenient location.
Pros:

Location was central. Rooms were clean. Apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils. You can use both the apartment and hotel pools.

Cons:

Be aware that the hotel rooms and the apartments are at opposite ends of the hotel. It requires you to go to ground and then catch a seperate lift in a different tower. Pools are small.

Modern, relaxing, convenient and comfortable!
Pros:

The one bed apartment had a wonderful layout, and clean, modern amenities. Nice afternoon sun. Great sized kitchen, plus new washer and dryer. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Perfect for travel with a toddler! Location was flawless.
Pool was quiet and lovely.
Highly recommend.

Nothing - all wonderful.

The worst of the Crystalbrook Collection in Cairns.
Pros:

The location was good, the safety of the building was also great - you room tag would only allow you to get on your floor, which could be annoying for people travelling together but when you look at the positive side, it means people who aren't staying in the building can get on to any floors and people on other floors also.

Cons:

After check-in I went to the room, firstly they had put me in a accessibility room which i wasn't happy about but not worth carting all my stuff back downstairs to change, the room temp measured on the AC control was 27.5 and increased as I was in there so it was super hot, I had to keep the door open with my suitcase to try fix the issue. I couldn't get it to turn on. I went straight out for dinner so asked if reception could have some attend. On return they said they had fixed it. Within 10-15mins of returning to the room the AC system turned off again. I was able to turn it back on this time, but was worried this would keep happening throughout the night, luckily it didn't.
Breakfast was average, and most staff were pretty unfriendly, no hello's, good morning etc.
I've stayed at all of the Crystalbrooks in Cairns and Bailey is the worst of them.

Brilliant.
Pros:

We were greeted by Yugi and she made us feel so very welcome. Our room was perfect and very comfortable, modern and clean. We have decided that this is our go to stay whenever we are in Cairns.
