Sarah front reception went over and above to accommodate
Moved my room so I could be on the same level as my elderly parents she was wonderful.

Cons:

The hallway level 12 a few cockroaches dead on the floor for 2 days

Would definitely come back when visiting Cairns for business or on a holiday.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a bunch of different options. The apartments were also great with the extra bit of space we needed.

Cons:

The key to get into the room is sometimes a bit touchy when using it in the elevator but it otherwise was fine.
