Very comfy bed, really great shower, spacious

Cons:

The built in bedside table was too small. There was no bedside table on the other side of the bed. We used the small table that was with the 2 chairs as the other bedside table. Leaving no table with the chairs for our morning cuppa. As well, the balcony was surprisingly small and almost unusable. No table provided outside, just 2 chairs.

Overall great room for the price we paid
Pros:

We liked how close everything was to the Bailey; esplanade, lagoon, night markets, activities for the kids etc
The room was clean, tidy and well presented

Cons:

Unfortunately we are a family that enjoy a room with a balcony and although this urban room we stayed in didnt have this there are other options. We will definitely be booked a balcony room next tim

Unfortunately premium prices with an Ibis feel.

Good location very near night markets and esplanade, staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

We paid for a king room, yet our bed was queen sized, Breakfast was not to the level we normally expect, pool was cold so our kids couldn’t go in.

Had an awesome stay a Crystal Brook Bailey. The rooms were great, clean and enjoyable.
Pros:

The rooms were new and clean. Spacious and the hotel is in an amazing location.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. Not to much variety, but was sufficient for the stay. Some of the food was stale and cold.

Excellent choice for a stay in Cairns
Pros:

Loved everything about our stay. Extremely friendly and efficient front desk staff. Very well-considered and tasteful design of interiors, decor, and lighting. Supremely comfortable bedding, soft towels. Convenient on-site dining options and pool. Walking distance to nearby attractions. Would love to stay longer!

Location was great. Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Limited space for suitcases. Bathroom not well organised for doing makeup. Only one towel rail and was low so towels were touching the floor.
Very expensive drinks and food.
Pool is tiny and only 8 lounge chairs.
No atmosphere.
