correta sem exageros, nem pra mais, nem pra menos
Pros:

Localização excelente, dentro do Shopping da cidade praticamente. O carregador de veículos elétricos fica do estacionamenro do shopping e não funcionou bem. E ainda tem uma placa indizindo que o carregamento é só para modelos da BMW. O café da manhão superou as expectativas.

Cons:

A qualidade da cama e o foato de só ter uma toalha no quarto. Pedimos outra e entregaram pra gente. Também pedimos um edredom que nos ajudou bastante por conta do clima frio e chuvoso. O hotel também nos emprestou guarda-chuvas, o que foi muito útil

Decepcioante e frustrante
Pros:

- Cafe da manha muito bom e completo
- Equipe nota 10...camila, vinicius e mais o rapaz da manutenção foram super prestativos e atenciosos e tambem a equipe de cozinheiras

Cons:

Tivemos muitos transtornos dessa vez, ao contrrario da 1º. Trocaram a gente de quartos umas 3x devido a um problema no ar condicionado..meus pais sao idosos...isso causo frustração e muuito incomodo

Hotel perfeito…quarto, cama, roupas de cama, muito limpo e organizado, café da manhã excelente, localização perfeita…ao lado do shopping e ainda consegui manter meu treino de corrida…tem uma pista bem em frente….sem dúvida o melhor que já fiquei hospedada até hoje
