Staff, lady at the front desk takes her job way too serious I do not ever want to come back, gave me a sack lunch for breakfast

The whole place stunk. They charged me extra for a balcony room which I had already paid for on booking. The living room doesn't have tv even though it is extra. The place didnt feel safe. There were broken down cars in the parking lot being worked on. There were a car full of people who would just sit and stare at you for several hours in the parking lot.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality whenever I had any questions about my stay
No hot breakfast. I felt the website hyped the breakfast that was barely there. A bag of snacks is not breakfast especially for the price but otherwise it was not bad considering the quality of the rooms. Oh and the TV service always froze because it's satellite otherwise 10 out of 10!
I wouldn't want my worst enemy to stay here.
They have not returned the deposit but they also said they didn't take my deposit. staff barely speaks english and is unhelpful with even most basic requests. we had issues with room cleanliness and the staff never attended to our issues. staff refused to replace the towels after two nights we still had wet towels.

Pit stop on a road trip - had a great night's sleep! Breakfast was different - had a paper sack snack bag, but that was pretty cool to get us back on the road.
