Toller Service!
Pros:

Super Frühstücksbuffett! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Großes sauberes Zimmer. Toller Service!

Cons:

Fenster(bzw. Minibalkon) kann nicht geöffnet werden. Sehr starker Geruch ( Spray?) im ganzen Hotel.

Amazing breakfast. Great room and very helpful staff
Pros:

Staff were super helpful, the rooms were very clean; the sauna great. And the breakfast was amazing

Cons:

Was a big trip from the airport to get to and a lot of that is the traffic intensity

The staffs hospitality is top notch! I guess it runs in our DNA. I am an Indonesian origin.
Pros:

The staffs professionally served me, everyone helped well and been so polite. Room is huge, and bright, smelled of spices. This cute hotel provides international connection.
Because all of those above, I decided to stay there again before ending my whole vacation. They tried to get me special offer (promotion) and find the best room they have 🥰.

Zeer vriendelijk, leuk ontbijt en prijs/kwaliteit zeker een goede keuze.
Pros:

Koloniaal gebouw, dus iets wat "verouderde" uitstraling, maar mooi onderhouden. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn voldoende ruim (voor een stadshotel). Ontbijt was verrassend goed, met tal van Westerse opties (naast Indonesische opties), zelfs wafels, pannekoeken, ei-bakstation, croissant, enz. Koffie automaat, maar heel lekker.

Cons:

De straat zelf is iets minder aantrekkelijk, maar hotel is wel centraal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de typische bezienswaardigheden en ook dichtbij diverse winkelcentra.

Uitstekend hotel!
Pros:

Prima hotel. Ruime kamer en badkamer. Goed bed met hele goede kussens. Schoon.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Elke dag wisselende lokale gerechten.
Op loopafstand van de malls Plaza en Grand Indonesia

Cons:

The experience was disastrous. The reception directed me to an area near the hotel where I could eat and 200 meters from the hotel they stole my phone from my hand. I asked them to book a bus from Jakarta to Bali and they booked it for 6:00 PM. I waited until 1:20 AM. They kept telling me it would come in 30 minutes, then in 15, then in 40 and it's been almost 8 hours since I've been waiting in the hotel lobby. I asked for a free room for what happened and they refused me. They tried to blame me because I wanted I don't know what bus. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone and especially Jakarta
