Personale veramente super disponibile, posizione eccezionale, hotel molto accogliente, eravamo un gruppo di 6 con camera family molto comoda e altra camera al piano solo per noi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Alojamiento agradable para 3-4 días sin grandes lujos
Pros:

Amabilidad de todo el personal.

Ubicación del inmejorable, tranquila, cercana a metro, tren, tranvía y ferry. En pleno centro histórico y cercana a Galata a pie.

El alojamiento cumple a la perfección para una estadía de unos 3-4 días.

Cons:

Las fotos no describen la realidad al 100%, los ángulos de las imágenes o la forma en que se presentan no son del todo veraces. Las habitaciones tienen un espacio más reducido del que se intuye, la zona de desayuno se encuentra en la planta baja junto a la recepción y es algo pequeña.

A nivel de limpieza, aunque en general es correcta, hay alguna pequeña humedad en el techo de los cuartos de baño, polvo acumulado en las ventilaciones y aire acondicionado y alguna que otra mancha en moqueta o pared del baño.

الاقامة مريحة جداً وماهي اول مره اسكن في ذا الاوتيل ميزته قريب من الترام ومحطة مرمراي وكل الخدمات حولكم والموظفين خدومين وجداً محترمين ويلبون لكم كل طلباتكم

شي واحد ماعجبني انه سفرتي كانت في الشتاء والتكيف في الشتاء مايعمل فاصلينه من نفس الفندق الدفايه فقط هي الي تشتغل ويوم كلمتهم قالوا هذا نظام الفندق في الشتاء وتقدرين تفتحين الشباك بس للامانه ازعاج اصوات السيارات والنورس كان مزعج بالنسبه لي

Великолепно!
Pros:

Замечательный уютный отель) Прекрасное расположение - до всех важнейших достопримечательностей пешком. Чисто, уютно, прекрасный завтрак и очень удобная кровать. Но самое большое открытие - это необыкновенная клиентоориентированность персонала, отзывчивость и настоящая турецкая щедрость в отношении гостей))) Отель рекомендую 100 процентов. Сама - только туда!!!

Excellent Séjour, tout était parfait !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé à proximité de tous les plus beaux monuments et dans un endroit calme.
Très belle vue sur le Bosphore, excellent petit déjeuner avec dés préparation maison et surtout un personnel aux petits soins.
Si je reviens à Istanbul, je reviendrais sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.

اقامة ممتازه وتستحق التكرار
Pros:

موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من الاماكن الحيويه، صحيح انه فندق غير مصنف لكن مقارنتا بالسعر والخدمه يعتبر خيار ممتاز خصوصا انه مكان للنوم فقط واهم شي عندك ك سائح ان الغرفه نظيفه والحمام كذالك ومحهزه بالأشياء الاستهلاكية، اضف لها الطاقم العامل في الفندق جميعهم بلااستثناء بشوشين ومتساعدين ،ساعدوني في شغلتين مهمتين وحده منها التاكسي اللي وصلني من المطار كان يبغى ينصب علي لكنهم تدخلوا وعملوا حل وسط بيننا ،عموما العاملين ممتازين جدا ويقدمون المساعده والاستشاره بنفس طيبه ،لايوجد رسميات وتكلف الفنادق العالميه ،تشعر ان الجميع مثل العائله الواحده وتشعر كانك في بيتك ،شكرا لجميع العاملين في هذا الفندق
