Room, i would say it's not in the hotel category, it has to be ordinary lodging or PG accommodation, i had to call them to. Change linen and pillow covers, no water bottle,no towel, toiletries were just refilled in a container ji

Nothing i like over there
The facility which way basic to provide was lacking and the TV was not working the condition of bed rooms were not in a good condition. The waiter service is also not good as the outside courier they say that customer need to pick the parcel from reception. The hospitality was below average.

Cleanliness, staff's behaviour, room's condition, and they charged extra for the room, bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty and there was hairs over them. The bathroom's gate was not closing properly. And many more things, the worst experience ever.

The rooms were little stinky (cigarette smell) . We witnessed discomfort to open doors since the card and key was not working

No electricity in reception area, pitch dark when we arrived & poor quality of cleaning stains on walls and broken bathroom sealing.. a gap between the main door when shut. Anybody from outside can see what is happening inside the room. Staff is least bothered about how their guest are doing in the room. Weird stinky smell inside the room with few mosquitoes flying around.
Very worst ever I seen, Images that are updated in Google are different, after going there it was pathetic, not at all good reception staff are very rude.

The location is fine as it was close to the main road. The room cleaning staff were available late at night too.
No water bottles and toiletries provided. The rooms were looking too shady as the wall paint was coming off. If a person wants to eat anything from outside, it's prohibited. The phone was not working too and we could not get in touch with the reception. Please update the pictures on the website or booking.com as it misleads the customers for the hotel being in tip top condition. The duct door was not even repaired as it kept on opening and it is present in the room itself.
There was nothing I liked about the place.
The most pathetic hotel I stayed in. I would not recommend this to anyone. The behavior of the staff at the reception. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. The bathrooms were not clean.The hotel is nothing close to the pictures on Booking.com. When I confronted the lady at the reception about it, she very casually said the pictures are not updated and pictures on the website is more than 8 years old.
