Pros:

great location, nice facility, almost brand new and very shiny and clean. well done to cleaning team

Cons:

food selection was poor compared to Double Tree, food quality was very poor, some items were not even cooked properly all raw (omlette and dumplings were raw). no enough wardrobe space to put all my clothes, shower water pressure very low, not pleasing to take shower. no shaving mirror, very challanging to shave.

Very bad experience of staying for 5 nights
Cons:

Poor experience, over my stay for 5 nights. The first 2 nights is hot like hell, even the common area is cool and fresh air than my room. The second night the temperature went up to 30 degrees Celsius. The 3rd day we feedbacked on this matter, then the room attender gave us a standing fan :( . Very disappointment experience. All the customer services attitude is generally good but the experience of staying is overall bad, feel stuffy and hot in the room, and the pillows too soft with not support the neck at all. Their counter for paying money also blur and even called my business partner in China asking for balance payment (which they do not manage clearly when we were around there). For business, our reputation somehow affected by this stupid hotel. Overall, I highly suggested all travelers not to stay here.

It was just a one night stay, check in was very efficient and reception staff could speak english. Really no complaints for this hotel.
