Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Station

The area is really convenient for our trip… the restaurant in the hotel was wonderful with friendly staff.
Our only issue was with our cards becoming deactivated— but after it was corrected, no problem.

I would definitely be returning to this hotel the next time we visit Busan. It such a convenient and lovely place to stay. A walkable distance from Busan Station makes getting here such a breeze. The area around is filled with cafes and dining place that makes it so helpful!

Of course because of its convenient distance from Busan Station you will need to commute out to visit Busan as a whole however I feel that the bus and taxi options for transports is very easy and affordable making it not such a big issue!

The room is spacious and modern and we had the pleasant view of Busan from the 16th floor it was such an amazing view to see both during the day and at night!

Hotel was in a great location. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable and no noise. The room appeared clean but did find a phone pin on the floor so.... Kettle in room but only 2 sachets of coffee no sugar or whitner and only sugar available when i asked...

Convenience

It is right next to Busan Station. Surrounded by food options in the Chinatown across the street from the station. Room being small not an issue for us but the room is very clean.

Great location directly outside the train station. Was perfect my short trip with easy access to local transportation. Room was super clean and staff was excellent

Right next to Busan station. Plenty of food. Across the street is China Town and Texas Street.

Location is great, taxis, buses, banks, convenience stores, places to eat, all right there. Cleanliness is lacking tremendously. No washcloths for you Americans who are used to having them provided, no bar soap, only bath soap and foam hand soap. Dryer had to be held open, toilet seat continuously got hot. Bathroom sink counter hadn’t been wiped and was disgusting. There were luggage stickers stuck on walls in our room and hallway. Wish I had taken pics of the worn out slippers in the closet for guests to wear…

Close to transport. Limited dining options

Hotel Location is quite good. Its just opposite the Busan Main station with few eateries there. Walking distance to Haidilao and convenience stores. Dunkin donut and starbucks downstairs. The reception staffs service is not good when check in late at night. Paid for a 2 twin premium room which were higher price then my other family members (2 sgl bed premium room)and was given the same category of room. They insisted that i paid more for floor area 22sqm not the bed size. After some argument, the staffs offered to upgrade us to club floor 22-24flr. Just a normal and do not see any difference. Still have to join 2 beds together to sleep 3. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing.

Good hotel in good hotel But with one major issue.
The lifts are total rubbish, they seem to have a mind of thier own when waiting for them and can some minutes for one to stop on your floor .

Good stay with very comfortable bed.

Very small rooms and minimalistic provisions.
The staff are very polite and helpful.
