Pros:

No tenian nuestra habitación disponible, pagamos por una grande y nos dieron una pequeña indicandonos que no encontraron nuestra reservación. Teniamos el correo con la reservación y nos rebajaron el dinero de la cuenta. La habitación tenia 2 goteras, el piso estaba sucio y el baño se inundaba, lo indicamos en recepción y nos dijieron que nos cambiarian de habitación o arreglarian los inconvenientes, ninguna de las 2 cosas sucedio.

There is no hot/warm water, no fridge, no soap, shampoo, etc. relatively clean rooms and halls, friendly staff

Pros:

Rooms were basic and noisy, being next to reception. No hot water in first room but staff were very willing to help and we enjoyed our stay in Jaco
