I will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very helpful, everything was really good.
Pros:

It was beautiful. The room and bathroom were spacious, modern and clean. The water fountain was next to the room and the lift just past the water fountain, but we couldn’t hear the lift from the room.

Cons:

Noisy arguing couple in room next door. Woke us before 8am went on for some time.

I booked using a third party online booking service and they have the reservation but they claim they don’t see payment
Pros:

It is near a train service from the airport. But you will need to walk 10-15 mins from the station to the hotel.

Cons:

They offer an unreliable 24/7 shuttle to the airport. If you wish to catch the first flight of the day, then I recommend finding a reliable shuttle. No shuttle available per front desk staff. When I arrived, I called to request a shuttle 4 times, but each time the staff asked us to take a train instead of picking up at the hotel shuttle zone.

Streamlined and efficient luxury.
Pros:

Streamlined and no fuss — everything I needed in a beautifully designed minimal layout. All the details even the hair dryer already plugged in- were excellent.
