“My stay at INN on 17 was fantastic! Ms. Tammy provided exceptional customer service—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect during my two-night stay in Savannah. The hotel setup was stylish, clean, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend both the property and Ms. Tammy’s outstanding hospitality!”
Not by food loacations in walking distance.
The location was great, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, and the fridge was a nice size. The staff was friendly and helpful.
No wifi due to signal strength, so there was no way to watch TV. I was disappointed in that, because when I come back to my room I like to enjoy the TV. It would have been nice if they at least had digital TV, since their Internet service was bad.

The woman at the check in desk is probably the most rude and least hospitable person I have ever met.
She brought the word rude to a whole new dimension.
This place offers no service in any kind of way. There is no wifi available at the accommodation. If you lose your keycard or lock yourself out or if the keycard stops working, they will charge you $20.
The rooms are dirty, old and smell like cigarettes. The television doesn't work.
They say there is breakfast included, but there is no breakfast at all.
We asked for service or some kind of compensation but the woman at the check in desk was not willing to help in any kind of way.
We booked for two nights and left after one night. The next morning we checked out and tried to get our money back for the second night, but she was not willing to help and also didn't care one bit about why we wanted to leave.
We contacted booking.com with our terrible experience and hopefully we get our money back for at least the second night that we didn't even stay there.

TV too small
No staff was present, they left my key under office mat outside. WiFi wouldn’t connect to the tv or any devices I brought. Don’t get the room I booked was put into another room . The whole thing was just unorganized

It was fine. Clean comfortable pet friendly. Quick sleep over before continuing on trip. Not far from downtown Savannah for dinner. Tesla charger not too far away.
This part of town somewhat undesirable but it was acceptable.

Breakfast was not provided and receptionist said that nothing was available. Ghere was no microwave in the room and only it was supplied after our demanding.
