The number that was provided to us was not at all reachable. So we have not stayed there. No one tried to contact us. We paid money as advance but that was wastage. Very bad experience. You have cheated us.

To be honest, I did not like anything

Well, it's a long list, but I'll focus on the main areas. The rooms were unhygienic, the bathroom door did not have a lock. The rooms were damp and dark during the daylight, staff especially the receptionist was very rude.
