My stay was excellent.

The property was clean, staff were polite and accommodated to my situation while working during this winter storm, the facility wasn’t noisy, there were no smells in the room, and I loved how nice the suite was for such a good price.

Cons:

I loved the property. Special shoutout to Roxanne and the guy who checked us in I forgot his name but he was very professional.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was the most impressive. I was not expecting a full size refrigerator and a complete kitchen set up. When I didn’t make the complimentary breakfast, I had the option to cook my own using the pots and pans in the room. Towne Place is my new “go to” when traveling.

I likes hotel and would stay here again. It's not walkable. The hotel was generally clean and staff friendly. I was disappointed with cleaning staff. There is a pamphlet in the room saying full clean on 5th day and orher than that basics on every second day. I stayed 6 nights and no one came into room to clean. I had housekeeping ask if we needed anythjng twice. I asked for towels and i brought dirty towels to the door. The next time asked them to take trash and i brought them trash to the door. I also asked desk for toilet paper and paper towels since no one came to replace. On day 5 housekeeper came at approx 1pm.We had just brought lunch back so we asked her if she could come back in 30 minutes. She said yes. We left room and left a tip for housekeeping. When i returned several hours later no cleaning was done but the tip was gone. I am not sure if this was a miscommunication with a different language. However, I do not understand why she entered, took the tip, then left without doing anything at all. Dirty towels on the counter and floor and sheets not changed nor was the bed made. I went down to the desk to let the clerk know what had happened and that i was confused why the housekeeping staff took the cash tip without doing anything. The desk clerk told me he would let the housekeeping manager know also said i could have late checkout 1pm. I had 3 knocks on door between 1150 and 1250 from 3 different cleaners. Obviously desk clerk didnt communicate to housekeeping staff

Pros:

We stayed for 3 days and I was very pleased with this hotel. I am picky in hotels but was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was excellent. all of the staff were pleasant and did a fabulous job. I would absolutely stay here again.
