Not great
Pros:

- Good location, with shops nearby

Cons:

- my room was freezing and increasing the temperature did not make any difference. The air con temperature seemed set as i could not make the room any warmer. I should be able to control the temperature in the room.
- they take a 150 euro deposit and I was told by a staff member that it will take a few days to get it back. This is ridiculous.
- reception staff not friendly or warm. Very transactional. Did not ask how my journey was etc.
- I checked out today (6th March) and the person who checked me out did not even ask how my stay was. This lack of curiosity about customer experience speaks volumes.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, останавливаюсь в нем второй раз. Номера уютные, хорошая шумоизоляция, вид во внутренний двор на сад с пальмами. Персонал очень дружелюбный

Cons:

Немного скромный завтрак, сходила один раз и потом стала ходить в кофейни не потдалеку

Gran estancia en Barcelona
Pros:

Todo, buen diseño, habitaciones cómodas, gran desayuno, el spa vale la pena aprovecharlo cada vez que se pueda, además esta bien ubicado en una zona céntrica.

Cons:

El precio es alto, pero lo vale, el único incoveniente es que se depende de la llave de acceso para las luces no pude dejar aparatos cargando cuando salia.

Parfait
Pros:

L'accueil. Le personnel très sympathique. La décoration. La taille des chambres. La qualité des produits. Le bar le soir pour un cocktail. Le petit déjeuner varié et suffisant. L'accès au spa. Location de vélo tout proche. Beaucoup de petites places sympas le soir pour aller manger tapas et boire un verre dans l'ambiance. Metro à 2 pas de l'hôtel.
Portier.
Persiennes électriques et non des rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière.
C'était vraiment très bien. Je recommande.

Cons:

Salle de gym trop petite, seulement 2 tapis, 1 vélo et quelques haltères. Pas de banc de musculation.
Le rooftop et piscine sur le toit fermé, nous l'avons su en arrivant c'est dommage car c'était dans nos critères de choix de l'hôtel.
Une fuite d'eau de l'étage supérieur, l'eau coulait abondamment sur nous quand on était au bar en train de boire un verre.
L'accès au spa 30 min/jour, c'est bien mais 45 minutes auraient ete mieux car 30 minutes ça passe très vite.
Les portes de l'entrée s'ouvrent en grand et quand vous êtes au petit déjeuner vous sentez le froid rentrer, pas de SAS.
