I was there for a belly dance conference weekend. I arrived around 12:30 pm for a workshop at 1pm. I walked into the lobby and the reception clerk greeted me and asked if I had a reservation. I said yes but, check is not until 3pm. She checked the computer and said my room was ready and she could check me in early! The whole staff at the hotel are super friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. The refrigerator in our room was not really cold because the door didn't have a good seal anymore. Besides that, we were very comfortable. We didn't use the pool because the weather was not hot. It would be nice if the hotel to had a hot tub. The location is good! Lots of food and shopping near by within walking distance. I would stay there again.
Easy to get to most places around long beach and Los Angeles, quiet location with food food to be delivered and close by. Rooms were nice and clean also!
The upstairs walkway was cracking but that's all that was wrong with hotel!

You had to pay for parking, it wasn’t all that clean I bought my own cleaning supplies luckily. The mini fridge didn’t work etc don’t say here
The room was very dated. Water pressure low. Charge for parking.
