ice machines are broken on all floors besides 1st floor. It’s been this way a while & it doesnt appear that’s changing anytime soon

Great price and great service.
Pros:

rooms were very nice. unique choice of type of bed pillows (square) not traditional but they were still acceptable for sleeping. I also was satisfied with the complimentary breakfast provided. If they could "adjust" the rotation toaster it would have been perfect! But It was overall a very pleasant experience. The location was great for the event we were going to and that made things nice.

Cons:

Nothing really major to speak of as far as a dislike. If I was to be extremely picky I could say when the automatic heater would cut off it make this minor little squeaking noice. It only would bother you if you were an "extremely light sleeper". :)

Great stay, dissapointed about Lost and Found! Costly because of event near.

Cons:

I kept finding hair throughout the room and bathroom. Also the cleaning staff either threw away a personal bracelet we left or kep it, because I called no more than 2 hours after leaving and they could not locate it left in bathroom.
