Pros:

The staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was good, but the dining area was cramped. Location was convenient for us with plenty around to do. Room was comfortable but a little worn down.

Cons:

I would generally say the facility needs a freshening/renovation. (i.e. Seat cushions a little too worn and flattened.) One safety issue is the steps leading down from the 2nd floor to the lobby. The first step down is over sized, not the standard 7-8" drop. 1st time I used it I almost took a header.

Good value...needs some maintenance

Cons:

Room smelled wet and musty....like there had been a leak at some point and carpet may have gotten wet. A,/C cooled but would not remove the dampness/humidity. Small maintenance issues like loose toilet seat,loose towel hook in bathroom, refrigerator frize everything.

We didn’t stay. Got a refund that took 5 days which was a pain in the but!
Pros:

It was old. Need new renovation. My room had mold in it. On the walls, even in the picture frames, and curtains. Once we entered the room you can smell the strong Oder of mold.

Cons:

Outside was even creepy. It gave me and my kids an uncomfortable feeling when we arrived and checked out that night. We asked for our money back and booked a room down the street that was better.

Price was decent but need to improve on some things.

Cons:

Tried to call 5-6 times to tell them we were running late. Estimated 7-8 - got held up in traffic and then when to eat. No one ever answered the phone. Got there around 9:30-10. Desk person said she was busy and then not at the desk. She was nice to us but someone should try to pick up the phone call and ask if they can hold for a min. Just a suggestion for some good customer service -even if busy. Been there done that.

No iron - someone stole it.
Musty smell in the room.
Cigarette smoke in the hallway.
Marijuana smell also in the hallway.
Mold spots in the bathroom and wall leading into the bathroom
