Staff was good
Room smells like urine the couch in room was grungy looking and dirty walked in room and immediately left never stayed
Sorry to say but not much at all.
The staff was very unprofessional. We had to wait to check in because the staff member was eating in the dining area. Then she came and was chewing while talking to us and checking us in. There was a call from another guest wanting to leave and get a refund because they were not satisfied with their room so we had to hear that conversation. Our room smelled like strong urine and they had an air freshener taped to the ac unit with
Which was strong and the 2 mixed was horrible. There was a black cable cord going across the floor over to the TV on the wall. The refrigerator door didn't close tightly and was all cakes up with ice. One of the pillow cases was dirty with brown stains and the windows in the room had wooden sticks holding thwm closed because they locks were broken off of all of them. We didn't bother to complain because we heard the conversation with the other guest at check in and the staff pretty much told them if they didn't like the room to leave but they weren't getting any refund. Will never go to a Best Western again or suggest it to anyone. I thought this hotel brand was much better but I was wrong.

Very nice, good food, friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and nice.
There wasn’t anything we disliked, they were completely booked but still everything was clean and available.
The clerks at the desk were so kind and helpful! They were smiling and busy with so many tasks, but still made time when I had a question or to welcome us back to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic! We had so many choices, different each day. They had a list of what could be removed from the eating area, and it was totally reasonable and clear. I think we actually were able to have more food because of this. The room was big. I worked from the room and the internet was good.
The bathroom door had just been painted, so when we touched it our fingers were brown. (We didn't know it was wet, obviously. The bathroom was pretty small, but that was because the sink was outside of it. The drinks at breakfast were a bit watered down. The rooms were pretty clean. The hallway carpets were pretty grimy.
It was ok.
Staff could have been a litter more helpful. The stay was short as my son had to be at Turner’s Softball Fields to test bats.
