Great hotel and great value
Pros:

The location to Trac Mon was perfect for us. The car park was big and easy to access.

The staff were lovely and helpful at check in, breakfast and at the bar in the evenings.

Cons:

There was some damp patches in the hallway where wallpaper was falling off. This was simply aesthetic and didn’t affect our stay.

I booked the wrong dates and the manager sorted it. She was really helpful.

What we loved most was the family room layout, the separate bunk bed room for the kids was a rare and convenient touch, and our girls really appreciated having their own space and privacy.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that when we arrived late, the reception was locked and unattended. It was cold, and we had to enter through the bar to get someone’s assistance.

Great place with the best staff..definitely stay again.
Pros:

Staff are lovely so helpful! The room was spotless and breakfast they provided everything you could want if its not there just ask because they really do try to make your stay the best it can be! Also they had a quiz night which was free to enter and was fun.

Cons:

They are getting building work done to a new function room so a little bit of noise etc but even the workers were friendly and polite too!
