This resort is ok given that it’s in the provinces in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are not in great shape and the beds were pretty hard. No hot water in the bathrooms. It’s good by Philippines rural standards, but international travelers will be disappointed with the state of the property. The restaurant on site is very affordable with pretty good food, which was a godsend because the food options in Morong are very very limited. Also, if you hate karaoke, stay away. It was audible from our room from morning till night.
I've never be one to comment, but this time I think I need to. I WOULDN'T recommend ANYONE to stay here. From the moment I checked into the hotel, the service was bad. My main complaint is with the service, willingness to help, and follow-up with help. The WiFi doesn't reach all rooms. I asked to get passwords to the other WiFi connections, but had to go down to the lobby as there are NO phones in the rooms. There is no HOT water. There aren't really anyplace to eat besides the hotel, but the service is not good as food was undercooked and you're given a glass of coke with all ice, but not given the entire can, but you're charge for the full can. They don't sell alcohol, but you can buy alcohol just outside the fence, but if you want to bring it back to the hotel, they will charge you a cork fee! Convenient that everyone makes out from alcohol sales. Upon check out. I was told that I didn't pay for the other room as I reserved 2 rooms each with different names of course as there two families. Lobby clerk didn't bother to check that there were two different names under the same reservation. I guess she couldn't figure that out. Anyway, after about 15 minutes of arguing they finally realized they were wrong and apologize. At least they did that. Now, when I tried to complain the night before about their bad service, there was NO manager on site. And when I tried to complain in the morning, there was NO manager again around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!
checking in took too long as the staff is no5 familiar with online booking. The room was very hot when we came in. The aircon was turned off. I asked for an electric fan but they did not provide it. There was a beach party that lasted until 10pm and was very noisy, we couldn’t sleep at all. There is no wifi in the room.
