Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Salavin River (Grenzfluss Thailand / Myanmar) mit Blick bis nach Myanmar. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, hat jedoch noch von seinem einstigen Charme noch etwas behalten. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich (kommen fast alle aus Myanmar, ohne Englisch-und ohne Thai-Kenntnisse)

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich (wenn das Hotel gut belegt ist, ist es ok). Den Kaffee bringt man am Besten selbst mit. Das Angebot an Essen ist ok und schmeckt. Der "Barbetrieb" abends ist geschlossen, man sollte seine eigenen Cocktails mitbringen.

ที่พักเก่า หลังคาตรงห้องพักชำรุด ควรปรับปรุง มีมดเยอะมาก ควรฉีดยากำจัดมดบ้าง ไม่มีกาน้ำร้อน ไม่มีกาแฟ ในห้องพัก

Die Aussicht auf dem Pier (Abends beleuchtet) und das Personal.

Frühstück bedarf mehr Beachtung.
Kleine Kaffee Tassen, wesentlich kleinere Plastik Teller und das auch aus Plastik.
Wurst Spiegel Eier kalt Würstchen Dito.
O Saft mit Wasser verdunt.
Keine Sitzpolster auf geschätzte Achziger Jahre alten Holz Stühlen
Überteuerte Preise bei Essen, da Teller geschätzten 2cm Durchmesser kleiner sind und daher kleinere Portionen .
Tipp ,bei längeren Aufenthalt sollte man nach 2 Tagen den verzehr bezahlen anstatt erst zum Schluß.
Ist besser so.
Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis entspricht nicht denn Vorstellungen.

Lovely hotel had a great view from the balcony. Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Only thing to fault is the advertised swimming pool. One of the main reasons for the booking. A bit disappointed it was closed.

Disappointing
Pros:

The resort is situated wonderfully. The waves almost wash over the walls of the building. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room is not the hotel's strong point. The surroundings are simply amazing - deserted, although not everyone likes that. The food is tasty, but you should forget about swimming in the sea. Unfortunately, there is a minus that nothing can neutralize - the bed, unless someone likes sleeping on concrete.

Superb Location and stunning sunsets
Pros:

Nice location with private road access to the beautiful beachfront hotel. Comfortable room of a good size, air-conditioned. Stunning sunsets with Burma just across the water. Lovely long jetty goes out from just in front of the hotel which is lit at night and is great to walk along in the evening before dinner. The hotel was quiet when we were there (early December), just a few guests, but the staff were attentive and helpful. (Limited English).
The pool was pleasant to swim in. Did have some tree residue on the surface and some tiles missing but water was clean and cooling.
Comfortable restaurant with air-conditioned section if required, lovely views. Good Thai and western menu options. Thank you for a pleasant 2 night stay, just 20 minutes drive from the Ranong hot springs!

Cons:

Would have liked a softer bed. Memory foam mattresses are the way forward for me personally.
