Pros:

Location in front of water, indoor and outdoor pool Amy sauna

Cons:

Staff unfriendly, don’t great or acknowledge you when you come in. Despite celebrating a birthday they put us at back of hotel where we had many issues with shower not draining and overflowing to an influx of ants in the bedroom and common area. We voiced our concerns many times and nothing changed
during our stay. Breakfast was good enough to help us power through our hikes. Take your business elsewhere since their customer service was poor.

Hôtel confortable mais environnement peu avenant
Pros:

Belles et grandes chambres, terrasse avec vue sur l’océan. Piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très appréciée Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La piscine extérieure est inutilisable quant à la piscine d’eau de mer l’accès est très glissant, peu aménagé et peu attirante.
Les abords de l’hôtel sont pas au top car en travaux.

Très bien à part une invasion de fourmis 🐜
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter le nord de l’île.
3 piscines : Piscine intérieure chauffée avec bain à remous et sauna / piscine extérieure (mais était vide quand nous y étions) / piscine naturelle (trop froid 🥶 pour nous, pour y aller).
Petit déjeuner simple mais complet (salées et sucrées).
Restaurant de l’hôtel très bon mais un peu cher (dommage qu’on est pas le droit à des petites promotions quand on dort sur place)

Cons:

Nous avons eu une invasion de fourmis 🐜.
Premier jour, nous en avions vu quelques unes au sol. 2e jour, au lever invasion de fourmis partout… apparemment le personnel était au courant mais je crois qu’ils ne font pas grand chose. Nous avons demandé nous même un aspirateur pour tout aspirer car il y en avait partout. Heureusement que nous partions ce jour ci

Lokalizacja znakomita ,pokoje małe ale czyste a widok na ocean bezcenny.Basen wewnątrz i sauna super ale rewelacja to basen zewnętrzny z wodą z oceanu. Śniadania dobre. Restauracja dania smaczne ceny rozsądne.

Cons:

Dym z grilla w restauracji dostawał się do pokoju.

very nice pool-hotel with good restaurant
Pros:

The hotel is nicely located and has great facilities (restaurant, snack bar, pools, SPA, parking). The room was small but clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The view from the balcony was great (we loved to listen to the ocean waves in the evening).

Cons:

the towels could use an update (very clean but worn out), the hairdryer was really weak. Pool could use some pool-side sunbeds or recliners.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé et dispose d'un restaurant, bar snack et de 3 piscines à disposition des clients de l'hôtel mais aussi des habitants.
Des places de parking sont à disposition gratuitement.
L'accueil était correct. La chambre spacieuse avec un balcon.
Frigo à disposition
Restaurants à 10 minutes à pied. Supermarché à 20 minutes à pied ou 3 minutes en voiture

Cons:

Pas de bouilloir. Pas de micro-ondes

It was OK to stay, but I would try someplace else next time.
Pros:

The property was clean, the staff at the front desk, tried to help us when we had run into a few glitches. The breakfast was also very nice.
The location is perfect. If you want to split your time between the island it’s in the middle.

Cons:

The room we had was very small. Also, the air-conditioning had a shut off switch every two hours so it would get very overheated. We asked to switch rooms which they said initially guest to and then after the second day, they said no we couldn’t do it. That was disappointing.

La climatisation est difficile à régler, et même après avoir trouvé comment la régler elle était trop puissante et trop froide…

Schön wenn man auf Ruhe und Sauberkeit verzichten kann
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell überall auf der Insel in einem Gebiet das nicht von Touristen überlaufen ist.
Das Frühstück war zwar nicht abwechslungsreich aber sehr gut. Immer genügend und frisches Essen.
Besonders Hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Restaurant im Hotel. Wir hätten locker jeden Tag hier essen können und es unterscheidet sich preislich nicht von anderen Restaurants.
Die Aussicht der Zimmer mit Meerblich ist sehr schön. Dafür hat man auf den Balkonen mit Meerblick den ganzen Tg die Sonne, was auch ein Pluspunkt für uns war.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel lässt zu wünschen über. Oberflächlich ist es gereinigt aber in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und die Detailreinigung war eher Mangelhaft. Wer sehr bedacht ist auf Sauberkeit sollte sich eventuell eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Tote Insekten am Gang sind eine ganze Woche dort gelegen.
Manche Zimmer benötigen eine Renovierung. Alte Wasserschäden an den Wänden usw.
Die Zimmer mit Bergblick waren sehr laut. Wir haben jedes Auto gehört das vorbei gefahren ist. Tagsüber ist das nicht schlimm aber Nachts schon etwas schlafraubend.
Ein großer Nachteil ist das die Pools für alle offen sind und es daher dort vor Leuten nur so wimmelt und es auch nicht wirklich sauber ist. Liegen und Schatten gibt es nicht. Tagsüber ist es dadurch sehr laut. Also ein entspannen auf der eigenen Terrasse mit Meerblick ist eher nicht möglich.
Aufgrund der ganzen Poolbesucher gibt es auch selten Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Nur am frühen Vormittag oder späten Abend bekommt man einen Parkplatz. Was für uns eine Frechheit war. Immerhin bezahlen Hotelgäste den Parkplatz gewissermaßen mit bei ihrem Aufenthalt.
