Nice stay close to the sea.
Pros:

Nice rooms and view towards the sea. Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds were good. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The lady at the frontdesk was not very friendly.

La piscine est très grande. Le snack de l'hôtel est très bon et pas cher. La taille des chambres. La Spa de l'hôtel.

Staff molto maleducato, mi si è rotto il Phon e chiedendolo non me lo hanno portato ed erano anche parecchio scazzati.
Fanno vedere due piscine, spa ecc.. la piscina esterna in pieno luglio era vuota e non c’è la possibilità di balneazione nell’oceano. Stanze belle però

A memorable place on a great location

- Room commodities (our room had kitchinette) and size (very spacious)
- Friendly staff
- Indoor swimming pool
- Restaurant inside the Hotel with options for children
- Varied and delicious breakfast with the option to eat outside

Cons:

- One of the balcony door handles was broken
- AC shut off (or got turned down) in the middle of the night. We tried to change it but for some reason it only got turned on the next day. We suspect either a power or remote management issue. As a result we (and our children) suffered a bit of heat during the night.

Pros:

A fantastic 3-star hotel with a good breakfast and direct sea views. There’s a lovely restaurant and a local snack bar right on the premises, along with a small public seawater pool and a regular pool. Locals gather here, especially on Sundays, so you can soak up the regional atmosphere; if you’re not keen on that, you’d be better off staying at a gated resort. The hotel is perfectly situated, right in the centre of the north of the island, making it easy to access many walking routes or take a detour to the bustling town of Porto Moniz. I’d definitely recommend booking a sea-view room – the extra cost for a deluxe room with plenty of space and a large terrace was well worth it!

Wielkość apartamenru, bardzo pomocna obługa

Cons:

Nasz apartament zlokalizowany był na parterze, spokój dzieci miał okno wychodzące na restaurację (coś a la patio), stąd też było zasłonięte, jak tylko mogliśmy nie otwieraliśmy okna. Okno od łazienki wychodzi na restaurację, słychać ludzi. Bardzo duzy taras, ktory bylby atutem, jest tuż obok tarasu restauracji i nad barem, absolutny brak prywatnosci. Spędziliśmy 1 noc, więc jest ok. Mrówki w korytarzu.
