さいたまスーパーアリーナへの遠征で利用しましたが、とても良かったです。
Pros:

駅から近く周辺にコンビニや飲食店が多く便利、無料の朝食や自動販売機もお得感がある。チェックイン時間前の荷物預かりにも対応いただき助かりました。

Pros:

スタッフの方の接客はとても丁寧で、印象は良かったです。
朝食のお弁当、おいしかったです！（朝
からハンバーグ&コロッケ弁当、かなりヤングな弁当でしたが笑。）

Cons:

良くないというか、、部屋や廊下が昭和45年？って感じの古さ。汚いとか不衛生とかそういうことではないんですけど。現状のままだと相当安くない限りリピートは無いです。東横インの方が断然いいです。

良いホテルに泊まれた
Pros:

部屋が広いです。ベッドも広くて快適。綺麗でした。6階の部屋はバスルームも綺麗で文句なし！また泊まりたいです。

Cons:

2階の部屋はシャワーカーテンが臭かったです。部屋は綺麗ですが6階に比べバスルームの清潔感がいまいちでした。
朝食は宿泊者全員分の数があるのかと思っていたら、8時半に行くと何もない日がありました。夜中出かける用事もなかったので困りませんでしたが、1時〜5時はホテルが施錠され開かないという情報はチェックイン時に知ったのでサイトに目立つように載せた方が良いのではないかと思いました。

仕事などで宿泊だけが目的ならピッタリ！
Pros:

快適に過ごせました！
紅茶のティーパックがとってもおいしかったです。
ハンガーと物干しラックが借りられたのがありがたかったです。

Cons:

他の部屋の人の出入りの音や話し声が響くのが気になりました。

总体满意，价格合理的时候还会再来
Pros:

服务人员都很客气面带笑容，清洁人员会主动打招呼并帮我按电梯，我手机没有的电临时需要充电的时候前台借给我了一个充电器，帮助很大。

被子很厚很舒服，虽然阳台门有点点口风，但是总体还好

早上有基本的便当可以吃。前台有免费饮料机，很开心

Cons:

规矩有点多作为外国人有一点不适应，但是毕竟是日本酒店的习惯的话我表示尊重。

浴室的水龙头大概有些老化，好像不是很冷就是很热，没办法很好控制水温。另外毛巾有些发霉的臭味道，仔细闻会有，毕竟是贴身用品还是很介意的
