Very close to universal studios.
Food was nice
The room could use some renovation and maintenance. The bathroom faucets and seals were old and leaking, and the bath door hinges were loose and misaligned. There were also some issues with the lighting. The safe had no batteries, so I had to request that they be replaced.
Good location of Route 66 which was our plan; to tour that route. I like supporting the tribal nations when I can.
A lot of flies in the restaurant which they apologized for before we even noticed. Rooms are a little dated
great location, clean and comfortable
saltwater pool and hot tub, gift shop, restaurant, staff were friendly, clean rooms, big screen TV
Ease to get to. The easy check in.
The train. Ear plugs were minimal help. Hot tub was not hot.
RAS on se sent accueillis chez les Hualapai d’une grande gentillesse et hôtel propre ! Je recommande
Le train qui passe à proximité bruyant
It is convenient and clean.
Their advertised check-in time stated 3:00 PM but they did not honor that and wanted to charge more if we wanted to check-in early because according to them, check-in is 4:00 PM.
Pick up for rafting trip in lobby very convenient. Rooms were decent.
$15 fee that is added for what? This is not a resort. Restaurant staff were rather slow to serve and bring out food.
Alles okay
Nix
The tour to the Canyon starting at the hotel
A little bit grey, un poco apagado, y la piscina muy poco decorada
Well appointed with all the amenities necessary to make it a great stay.
Nothing
At best this is a 2 star hotel, it is in need of updating. There is no extra or special amenity at this property. The pool is old, there is literally nothing to do. The restaurant is mediocre and certainly this is not a Lodge. I don't understand the $50 resort fee - to what benefit?
Close to destination (Supai), nice enough rooms.
Train noise is horrific. Should have known when there was a Costco sized tub of ear plugs at the check-in that we would not be able to get any sleep. On a Monday night, there was a train blowing it’s horn 3-4 times, every 30 mins (all night)
Really too bad.
TV controller did not work, staff was friendly and tried to fix it, but could not.
Said they would refund us facility fee, we’ll see.
