Hotel Villa Santa Blanca

Excelente ubicación, la atención del personal muy buena, las habitación muy sencilla pero a la vez muy acogedora, nada lujosa y mucho espacio, la cama muy cómoda, en un ambinete muy distendido.

The location is great. We have 4 small children and our room had 3 beds. Nothing fancy, the beds were comfortable, there was hot water. The room was located across the kitchen but they don’t start surving till like 9am so there was not much noise. The staff was really nice.

Staff was friendly and accommodating , room was spacious. Bathroom was a little outdated. It wasn’t needed but there was no ac.

Son muy amables y la comida es muy rica tienen una excelente ubicación pero no hay privacidad en el cuarto , las cortinas con blancas y se puede ver desde afuera y entra mucha luz me hubiera gustado tener control con ese tema , también se escucha todo lo que pasa afuera.

Pesimo hotel, las fotos son viejisimas porque esta super feo y viejo el hotel, los cuartos fatales te entra toda la luz al cuarto, la entrada del cuarto queda enfrente de la cocina del hotel y hacen mucho ruido! No lo recomiendo para nada esta horrible

Rummet var okej, sängen var okej.
Men vattnet i kranen var väldigt dåligt.
Även att man inte fick lämna bagaget på plats.
Det kostade 200 pesos! Ingen bra service och så hade vi kackerlackor på rummet!
Inte alls värt pengarna!

Es más un restaurante que un hotel. Con el ruido que eso significa. Mi habitación estaba cerca de la cocina, junto al baño del restaurante por lo que hay que mantener las cortinas cerradas todo el tiempo. Dice que hay disponibilidad de estacionamiento, pero tiene un costo de $300mxn el día y se encuentra a 15 minutos caminando cuesta arriba. Al llegar después de una boda no había nadie quien me abriera en la madrugada. Posteriormente hubo pasos en la azotea, que fueron de alguien que se había metido escapando de la policía. El velador no se enteró hasta que la policía (desde otro techo) y yo le dijimos. Se tienen que esforzar en dar un buen servicio de hotel o mantenerse sólo como restaurante.

This is a pretty rustic and authentic Mexican property. There are only a few rooms, and they are attached to a restaurant. Our room was on a courtyard that is shared with the kitchen. This is NOT an American style property, but that is not to say that it is not nice. It is authentic. Exposed to the outdoors, and does not have AC or heat. We had an Expedia reservation and confirmation number but the hotel was not expecting us, they did not have our reservation. We spent almost 30 minutes with a receptionist trying to get it figured out before we could have a room. We ended up not staying for our whole reservation though.

Tuvimos problemas con el internet pero siempre estuvieron muy al pendiente de nosotros, solucionando el tema. Muy atentos.

Very affordable. Very close to the main square. Don’t expect a super luxury place. Room is perfect for the price conscience guest who is aware that they are getting what they pay. Place is nice, convenient, short walking distance to main square. Nothing fancy or upscale .would stay again

Para mi todo bien

Todo muy bien el personal de hotel muy amables, muy limpio, el único inconveniente la cerradura de la habitación que no se podía poner llave por dentro únicamente con un pasador, y en el baño no ponen tapetes ni antiderrapante en la regadera, ni de felpa para salir de la misma.
Todo lo demás bien

Me parecio de mal gusto que al llegar a la propiedad me indicarán que no contaban con mi reservacion y al mostrarle mi app, solo dijeran que no la tenian registrada.

Por otro lado en esos momentos volvi a ingresar a expedia, mostrandole que al seleccionar la fecha y lugar aparecia el hotel como disponible.

Si bien el recepcionista me ofreció una opción, decidí no tomarla porque no cumplia con mis expectativas.

Agradecería que en caso de no cuenten habitaciones, bloqueen su anuncio en este portal.

Large bugs in the room made loud noise at night. No shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. There wasn't a person available to check us in. They didn't even have a computer. The "bar" closed at 6pm. It wasn't really a hotel - more like a place that had a spare room they wanted to rent out and make some money. They windows were broken/torn, the beds were uncomfortable. The older guy at that watched the place at night was nice, but as far as the space is concerned we were really disappointed.

This property is located in the perfect area of San Miguel de Allende. It was close to all attractions. That being said, the property consists of only a few units. I was please with the service but as soon as we got there the host suggested we upgrade our unit to a more spacious room at 2500 pesos per night which is approximately $147 more per night. We declined. I also asked for more blankets and towels and the host said that he would put them in our room when we left to have dinner. I did not feel comfortable with him coming into our room after we checked in. I went up to the front desk and told him we would rather wait. The property overall lacks upkeep and was a little too rustic for me and my family. The hotel staff is friendly but I would not stay here again.
