Don't think I had breakfast, lobby was pretty plain. But for what it cost and met expectations.

The front desk employees were not helpful. When I arrived and found out the hotel is claiming the accomodation has breakfast on Booking site, I wanted to cancel the accomodation. I’ve been told that is not possible and was told they already removed breakfast from booking website. And that it was Booking fault not theirs, when I showed them they still advertise breakfast as part fo the rate. I felt that they do not bother at all and the next morning the new employee did not even know about the issue and my complain. This was terrible customer experience, would never stay in the hotel again.

The bed was soooo comfortable and the hotel is relatively new.
The I love you drawback is that there is no coffee in the rooms. But they do have complimentary coffee in the lobby.

The front desk gave another guest the key to our room and our room number and that guest entered our room without knowing it was already occupied. The property did not really do anything to rectify the situation, although the front desk did apologize. It really violated our trust and sense of safety at this location.
