Won’t stay there again until I know that staff is informed and exhaust all possibilities for the customers reservation.

When I tried to check in last Tuesday, the lady said I didn’t have a reservation and sent me to another location. At this location, the very helpful black man called the first one and told the lady to check under bookings.com. I go back to the 1st one and all she said was “I’m sorry”, NOT what can I do to make up for the mistake or anything. Then she tells me breakfast is every morning between 6 and 10. The next morning there was nothing. They were interviewing a cook. This is something she should have known. I think that I shouldn’t be charged for parking for the 3 days I was there. At the very least.

We arrived for the TPC golf and so this was nice and close to Sawgrass. Nice lobby staff and rooms. Super place.
